T O P I C R E V I E W12thhouser(Meant to post this here and accidentally posted in Personal Readings)Does anybody else have all mutable angles in your natal chart? For those newbies (on the forum or to astrology altogether), angles are the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 10th house cusps (ascendant, IC, descendant, and MC, respectively). If you do, please list what signs you have on these cusps, any planets, aspects, etc.. If you don't have planets in these houses, where are the cusp rulers and what aspects do they have?My natal chart: I've been told that an all-mutable angle chart is considered a "self-improvement" life / incarnation. One key thing I once read about having all mutable angels in a natal chart is: you tend to forget every positive thing said to you or about you, yet never forget any of the negative things or criticisms said or done.Good or bad, how do you relate to all of this? Lots of feedback welcome! Thanks!Lunae quote:Originally posted by 12thhouser:I've been told that an all-mutable angle chart is considered a "self-improvement" life / incarnation. My self-confidence often fluctuates, ranging from bursts of dignified ego to the being in the pits of doom. I am pretty much aware of my own strengths and weaknesses but the thing is that I tend to be affected with what other people say about me. I am trying to improve that though with a "who cares" mentality now. I mean, I am me and I will not let other people say change who I really am. I am slowly making baby steps in improving my confidence. I have A late Gemini ascendant at 27 degrees. Sagittarius is on my descendant and Pisces/Virgo on my MC/IC axis. I don't have any rising planets but my chart ruler Mercury is in 6th house Sagittarius (dignified by house but in detriment by sign). I have Libra Venus in my 4th house cusp, loosely conjunct to my IC. Uranus, Neptune and my NN are all closely conjunct in my 7th house. I don't have any planets in the 10th house but my Pisces moon conjuncts my MC axis in the 9th. Neptune, the ruler of my 10th is in the 7th.It is interesting though how my chart ruler is in the sign of detriment, plus it's in the 6th house. I guess that explains why I'm self-critical. Anybody else?AriesKatMine are all cardinal but thanx for pointing this out I never thought about it. Does everyones chart have all their angles in the same Mode? Does everyones chart have all their angles in the same Mode? Not always. I could have my ascendant in Libra and the MC in Leo or Gemini which makes it either fixed or mutable instead of cardinal. I just happen to have every point at 9 degrees for some strange reason, all cardinal signs. Especially Gemini / Pisces, and when they're on the angles (ASC particularly) it can be difficult to resist the "natural" inclination of the sign to just be influenced by other people and their opinions. That's why they're called "mutable": they can easily change their minds and their opinions and are adaptable and flexible.I'd think the opposite is true for Fixed signs on angles.
