It's never been my intention to hurt people so I want to change. How can I become a more positive Plutonian? It’s a double-edged sword. You either use it or it will be used against you. Atleast that is what has happened so far for me. Pluto sextile MC may give you plenty of opportunity to get yourself into powerful positions in society. Conjunction to ASC. can be difficult. You may want to control everything around you and as it is on ASC., people can also sense it.Doux RêveI don't know if other Plutonians can relate but I often feel the need to destroy something, in some way. It can be something stupid like deleting posts on social websites, defriending people, erasing some memories written in a journal, burning letters, throwing away hoarded stuff.. or if I can't do that, I just rearrange things (I think that may be because Pluto is in my 6th house) - cleaning my room, tidying clothes, organising things on my computer.. Doing this makes me feel in control, and at the end of the process, I feel like a part of me is purified, clean, set free. With Pluto on the ASC, the need for change and catharsis is even more powerful and relates to the self - you may feel like changing the way you look or come across very often, or more importantly, feel like you need to change within - heal yourself, become better, stronger, and so on.So, working on yourself is very important. You can check the other aspects Pluto makes and work on those issues as well, and exploit their potential. If Pluto sextiles your MC, you can apply your gained knowledge about yourself to help people understand themselves better or deal with some situations in their lives.TwirlI have Pluto trining my ASC, trine MH, sextile neptune, sextile saturn and 2 smaller aspects to sun and venus. Would that be considered as prominent or significant or not? Other planets are more prominent in my chart. Doux RêveTwirl, That's significant, but not in a big way.Flowing aspects aren't as noticeable as hard aspects, so while the energy is present, it's easy-flowing and not as insistent or in your face. PS. Pluto sextile Neptune is a generational aspect that doesn't bear much significance on a personal level (unless it falls on an axis).Twirl quote:Originally posted by Doux Rêve:Twirl, That's significant, but not in a big way.Flowing aspects aren't as noticeable as hard aspects, so while the energy is present, it's easy-flowing and not as insistent or in your face. Thanks again And, ehmm...Neptune is conjunct my descendant. So would it then be considered as falling on an axis? Or should I go instantly to astrology for beginners, I do love those transforming exercises (cleaning and getting rid of) by the way. It's huge, because you then make literally room for the new and consciously deciding what is old and no longer necessary. XiiroSo far I have experienced Pluto Transits to:DSCUranusVenusSunNeptuneMercuryand it's headed toward my MCIt also plays a big part in my Natal chart. Needless to say I have experienced my share of Pluto lessons and have grown familiar with the positive applications.Pluto is a crucible, it burns away excess, cuts a situation down to its basic elements, and liquefies the situation (removing any resistance to the truth). At first Pluto lessons are about getting beat the hell down until your options are to accept the truth, or die. After some time, Pluto lessons are about knowing when to look deeply at something and know it's roots are in line with your truth (whether you want to accept it or not). In the end Pluto becomes a great intuitive tool for knowing when something is in line with our essential truth. It helps us automatically identify and avoid situations which pull us away from our honest self and therefor transforms us from the form we assume through upbringing, into the form by which we entered this world. In summary, Pluto is a process of transformation through acceptance (regardless of how hard it is to accept).Once one has embraced their Pluto, we can use it to not only see the truth at the root of their self, but the hidden intentions of others. Pluto is x-ray vision, the universal voyeur, it looks past what is presented on the surface and uncovers whatever beautiful or emaciated forms are stowed behind the curtain. StarlightSmileSupremeI have the feeling I just experienced a downright Plutonian experience. Today is the first day of optimism I have had all week. Things are looking better now. With Pluto, you wait it out. You will notice the community spirit when everyone rises together out of the ashes to help. I wonder which sign Pluto really rules, Aries, or Scorpio? The Phoenix rising out of the ashes to begin anew reminds me of Aries and this is what I am experiencing around me now through the actions of others (Aries on cusp of 7.)Geeky quote:Originally posted by Pure:How can I become a more positive Plutonian? I saw a show about having negative thoughts specifically and to ward them off when your mind generates one you can say "okay, peace" like a mantra til it goes away or you feel okay. If this makes any sense. SDragonXiiro has a great way with words - very eloquent I'll just add my own 2 cents. In regards to the highest truth, it's also about questioning your own motives. When Pluto power is used to destroy, recreate or transform any life situation, it has to be for the highest good. Because Pluto usually comes in forms that we're unaware of, some exhibit it in personal relationships while others only show the traits in work relationships when relating to subordinates or people deemed to have less 'power'. Pluto itself is like the Hindu God Shiva - the destroyer - it's a planetary and psychological archetype. We do not own it's power and therefore when we believe we do, all attempts at the usage of power tends to be destructive and selfishly used to reinforce the individual persons ego. Only when the ego is bypassed and Pluto's power is used for the greater good will others usually recognize that because they intuitively understand the archetype itself. So to answer the original question, you can try to do a lot of soul searching to determine in what positions of power those negative aspects appear and what stimuli might have triggered it. The more awareness and consciousness we shine on our internal mechanism, the less ability other people will have to trigger it unconscionably.geea quote:Originally posted by Doux Rêve:I don't know if other Plutonians can relate but I often feel the need to destroy something, in some way.
