It depends really on the individual concerned. But I think that Pluto transits to personal planets would trigger the need to "shed false skin" and transform i.e the "old" self dies as the new one beckons etc.
Venus is all about sexuality and what we find beautiful, pleasing etc.
So I would reckon Pluto-Venus aspects could have one experience such a strong relationship that "confirms" what one has already suspected about herself all along.
Or it could bring about a deeper self-evaluation of what one values and is attracted to etc.
Uranus tends to bring about rebellion to divert from what one already holds as ones ideals.
IMO,it doesn't bring revelations of the deep-seated kind at all.But an openness to express and stand by what one believes in.Their individuality etc.
Neptune brings confusions and a "am I or am I not" state of flux. One even looks to religion, spiritual answers and all things "other worldly" for answers.
Acceptance for Neptune is not necessary. Neptune just wants to explore the possibility and dissolve the long-held concept of 'I know myself to be this and that.I have never done this or that'etc.
A female colleague I know said she experienced very weird and unheard of feelings for her neighbor years back.
It was a time of great confusion for her as she has never known herself to identify as gay.
When I looked at her transits, she had Neptune conjunct her Sun at the time. And much of what she spoke about seemed more like admiration, respect and a same-sex crush than outright sexual feelings.
For others however,it could turn out to be a "door open" for more....
