Figuring this out is the toughest part. Once you have figured out your ideal career, the next step is to figure out how to get there. Pluto on MC seems to be about 'owning' authoritativeness. Whereas, Pluto sq MC seems to be about clashing with authority figures while trying to do that. It's a curious case.
