I was thinking about how all my friends with Leo Rising have the same house placements of generational planets as me (Pluto in 4th, Neptune / Uranus in 6th, Saturn in 7th) and wondering how this extends to rising signs of each generation. Does each rising sign get treated and perceived differently from generation to generation because they have different outer house placements?
I.e.: In the Pluto Cancer generation, Cancer risings will usually have Pluto in the 1st and would therefore be perceived as more intense than Cancer risings in other generations. And the entire generation has a different view of Cancer risings because they grew up with Cancer risings who have Pluto in the 1st.
In my personal example, the Leo risings of my age group have Pluto in the 4th and Uranus-Neptune in the 6th which surely affects the outer 'persona.'
But it's hard to explain exactly how we would perceive certain rising signs differently than generations prior.. it's like a subtle collective energy shift. Because Leo risings will always be Leo risings and so on, it's just interesting to think that growing up, almost every Leo rising I went to school with would have had Pluto in the 4th.
I guess my other question is, Is it the Pluto in the 4th, Uranus/Neptune in 6th that makes the Leo rising personality?
It's like the house placements sort of dictate WHY the rising signs are the way they are...
Like are Leo risings loud and gregarious and self centered because our home environments were messed up (Pluto in 4th)? While in other generations, Leo risings are loud and gregarious because they have Pluto in the 3rd which is more about intense communication?
Of course these are generalizations, but you know what I mean
