T O P I C R E V I E WcharlieI can see I have ( as an example) Scorpio 3H and Aries 8H but apparently Scorpio rules my 4H and Pisces rules my 8H. Does this mean I have Scorpio influence in both 3H and 4H??cthonicstarI need an expert to explain this too! From my understanding, it’s the planets that do the ruler ships, not the signs. Zodiac signs only give specific traits; it’s the direction of the planet’s energy. For example, if Mars is in the 3H and Aries is on the 8th house cusp: Mars is pulling 8H themes into 3H. I would interpret this as the native having a very quick, impatient manner of speech and writing. Perhaps the native argues with family/siblings often about inheritance matters and wants to take over the matter. Or it could be as simple as the native is famous for writing novels about bon vivants fighting off amorous lovers, living off others’ money and fighting Death.
