I would argue that it has never happened. So, apparently, the lockdown (whose premise was that asymptomatic carriers could pass the virus to others) was an absolute waste of time. What we should have done is just ask those who are sick and those who are most vulnerable to stay home. A conspiracist might think that this new remarkable "insight" is a cover for the fact that these masses of people protesting are not going to cause an increase in cases. But I certainly am not suggesting that.
