Dhyana | quote: Rudy just presented curious facts about PA mail-in ballots. ~ 22,000 mail-in ballots were mailed in before PA mailed them out. Yes, that happened.

Randall | The joke is on the Dems. |
iQ | It seems, as per an analyst on Twitter, 14 out 67 counties used Dominion systems in Pennsylvania. It is 100% Fair that Penn GOP void all those county results until the Dominion Lawsuits are completed by Sidney Powell. Let the remaining 53 Counties alone certify the elections. ------------------ Astrology Articles New Services and short readings |
Randall | It's those Dem counties where fraud occurred. |
iQ | GOP should not shift the goalposts. By all means re-count the Dem Heavy Counties, through out all the proven fake ballots but do terminate the Dominion Counties of Pennsylvania too. This will make things very fair, as Dominion is the Evil Software in Pennsylvania, as per Rudy, Powell etc. |

Randall | Dominion could blow up the whole election, but the other arguments are good without it. |

Randall, I agree. Also, I think it was Joe DiGenova that said the Dominion aspect of the case will take more time. That it was a strategic decision to have Sidney work that side of the case independently and Jenna Elllis and Rudy would work on the other issues. |
Randall | Dominion is a problem we need to fix for the security of future elections. The legislative argument is powerful even without fraud. That would apply to PA and GA. I’m not sure about state number three, but those spikes in MI are indicative of fraud that is undeniable. |

Absolutely. We can't keep having half the country believe the election was illegitimate every four years. |
iQ | The Third Circuit Court of Appeals rejects Trump’s lawsuit to challenge the Pennsylvania election results, saying Trump's lawyers offered no evidence of fraud and Rudy Giuliani said to the Judge that the Trump Campaign does not plead Election Fraud. All 3 judges who tossed this lawsuit are GOP appointees and are heavily conservative. Trump will now appeal to SCOTUS to challenge the Third Circuit Decision based on Rudy's Facts that they ARE NOT PLEADING ELECTION FRAUD. Please note this. They talk trash in media hearings to grift more cash from MAGAts but in the courts they are pleading something else. |
Randall | No, they were talking to the legislature about fraud in hopes that they will hold back their electoral votes. PA rests on constitutional violations, such as Article 2, equal protection, and due process. Isn't it disenfranchisement for poll workers to allow ballots for Biden that have signature questions but cast out Trump ballots over those concerns? |
Dhyana | quote: Originally posted by Randall: PA rests on constitutional violations, such as Article 2, equal protection, and due process.
So, if I understand correctly, Constitutional, equal protection, and due process issues only were argued before the PA Third Circuit, whereas the case of fraud is being argued in key states, such as the recently filed Complaint in Georgia and Michigan. |
Randall | Due process and equal protection are also constitutional. Constitutional issues were also argued in other states, especially in GA. If you read the statement from the Trump legal team, it mentions SCOTUS in the first paragraph but thanks the PA legislature for listening to the fraud claims. That was a strategy to influence the casting of their electoral votes. PA was the best chance to get to the Supreme Court, so they wanted to focus on the Constitution. A win there could be applicable (at least in spirit) similarly to other states on the same issues, and this could potentially influence those states to withhold their electoral votes. |
Randall | Looks like the PA legislature is doing just that. http://m.theepochtimes.com/legislature-will-seek-to-reclaim-power-to-appoint-electors-pennsylvania-state-senator_3596107.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=break ing-2020-11-27-4 |
iQ | << Isn't it disenfranchisement for poll workers to allow ballots for Biden that have signature questions but cast out Trump ballots over those concerns? >> It certainly is if it can be proven that the Poll Worker sees the Vote Caste before comparing Signatures. What I understand is that there are two envelopes, the first envelope helps validate signatures. After validation, the secret ballot is sent for counting. Logically, there is no way for Poll Workers to know who is on the ballot before signature validation. Please correct me if I am wrong about this.------------------ Astrology Articles New Services and short readings |
