Also, I think it was Joe DiGenova that said the Dominion aspect of the case will take more time. Constitutional issues were also argued in other states, especially in GA. If you read the statement from the Trump legal team, it mentions SCOTUS in the first paragraph but thanks the PA legislature for listening to the fraud claims. That was a strategy to influence the casting of their electoral votes. PA was the best chance to get to the Supreme Court, so they wanted to focus on the Constitution. What I understand is that there are two envelopes, the first envelope helps validate signatures. After validation, the secret ballot is sent for counting. Logically, there is no way for Poll Workers to know who is on the ballot before signature validation.
