T O P I C R E V I E WsVirgoToday I was taking bath and suddenly it came to me that if you feel stress that means you are inviting it and same way if you feel you are in love then you are inviting love(I think this is influenced by linda goodman books only). I liked that moment. But today something happened in office and it affected me with lot of stress. I am fighting with it that whatever I have done, it's good don't take stress. So one mind is stopping stress and another makes me think of the whole episode of office. How should one handle this situation.theFajita3Sometimes I let myself feel stress or anger or sadness for the moment, really feel it, and then try to let it go. There is a thread on that somewhere and it's like, when you say that to the universe outloud, then it helps to cancel and you get used to doing that. I had an episode myself yesterday at work. I broke down into tears. I also broke into a rash which is something that has never happened to me before. I tend to bottle things up, its just how i work, but its something i am trying to work on, because i dont feel its healthy. When it all gets to much it all just comes out, it feels bad at the time, but once you let it, you often feel so much bettera! So i guess im saying, let yourself feel what you are feeling. Stress is a natural thing that our bodies do in these kind of situations. I know its different, but fear for example, brings a natural rush of Adrenalin into the blood stream, which causes the flight or fight reaction in us. Our body works in these ways for a reason. sVirgo, take care all the same, make sure it dosent become a problem, let us know how you are doing, and take care of yourself!
