This is my fourth day, and I've been feeling good (just slightly tired). I was just wondering what supplements are good for this kind of eating lifestyle? tracysalomeHi Hecate, I don't eat red meat and I have a high meabolism. I use a regular daily vitamin and I watch my calcium intake (because calcium eliminates alot of iron) while eating meat. I also take a vitamin c supplement because its good for the immune system by enhancing your iron intake. Iron deficiency is the main reason usually for lack of energy.
