Any examples? Thanks! teaselbabyA woman named Sonia Choquette has a lot of information on the chakras in her book, "The Psychic Pathway." She mentioned foods to either eat or avoid, among other things, depending on what was out of balance, as well as visualization exercises. I can't remember much of what I read, unfortunately. She also has a book out called, "True Balance" which I haven't read ~ it's all about the chakras.
