I've had stomach issues, so hardly anything stays with me (except the weight in the middle, oddly). Tulsi Tea is apparently good for reversing sun damage, but I have no proof of that myself. I was supposed to start drinking it two years ago, because it helps with anxiety issues, as well, but I forgot about it, and well... wish I hadn't. I really could have used the relaxation, and I might not be hating the aging effects on my skin that have hit, and may not have, had I not been so upset, so often. I was given some pomegranate oil, from a man whose name I forget, but I keep forgetting to use it (and I've had it since January).
