a diet beneficial to skin makes much more sense than moisturizing to me. but then i live in a humid country so no one is really big on moisturizers here.IP: Logged |

Well I am 56 pushing 57. My skin is dragging from extreme weight loss but is not very wrinkled and is very soft. Avoiding the sun is in my opinion one of the best ways to minimize aging on one's skin. Also yes, moisturizing helps. And keep hydrated.

Avoiding the sun! Using anti-wrinkle creams at nights containing retinol will definitely help. Also Eating almonds and other dry fruits having iron and anti-oxidant properties will help a lot. And face-tightening packs or masks conatining turmeric and milk also help in avoiding sagging of skin. aLoe vera is also very good for the skin. IP: Logged |

The aloe plant really helps gives moisture to the skin and a dewy look. If you can grow the plant, they grow, easily. Tell me what you think, it you do it ------------------ Do You Think This Psychic Is Cute? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Who was it who talked about eating a green pepper every day? Or juicing it? The actress who belted a police officer with her bag.I started to get into juicing again, three years ago, and then two years ago, but haven't kept it up. I've had stomach issues, so hardly anything stays with me (except the weight in the middle, oddly). Tulsi Tea is apparently good for reversing sun damage, but I have no proof of that myself. I was supposed to start drinking it two years ago, because it helps with anxiety issues, as well, but I forgot about it, and well... wish I hadn't. I really could have used the relaxation, and I might not be hating the aging effects on my skin that have hit, and may not have, had I not been so upset, so often. I was given some pomegranate oil, from a man whose name I forget, but I keep forgetting to use it (and I've had it since January). Cherry Juice was another, but it's expensive for everyday use.

everything Ami said plus sunscreen every day of the year, even on cloudy/rainy days .. i used to put a sour yogurt mask to make my skin paler, i dont think it does that for say but it sure makes me feel radiant at least for the next couple of days.. the more sour the yogurt the better

Hi,I have noticed a big difference in my family my aunt who has beautiful skin. Does the following: • Avoid the sun (she has very fair skin) • For dessert natural fruits or natural gelatin with fruits (gelatin contains natural producing collagen) • Drinks only occasionally • Once in a while drinks yerba mate or green tea • She does isometric exercises (like the bar method or lotte burke) • Lots of water with natural lemon or mint • Brown rice over pasta • Uses rose hip oil • Takes cod liver oil • Natural skin care recipes with natural Vitamin E She keeps a healthy regime and it has paid off, when I was a kid I used to think it was weird but now when I look at her and my Mom I can tell there is a big difference. Avoids • Drinking too much coffee • Avoids too much sun • Avoids must over processed desserts • Avoids too much alcohol

My feeling, is taking care of yourself as a whole person...Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, juices, lean meat and fish; eat foods that contain the essential amino acids every day; cut back on salt and sugars. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated; Moisturize - I use vitamin e cream around my eyes; apply olive oil lightly straight from the bottle is really good Sleep - our bodies regenerate during sleep, and get to bed early at least twice a week Reduce stress - it's not easy these days at all; avoid stressful situations and relationships - it shows on your skin Exercise - walking at least 30 minutes each day - helps with circulation and overall well-being.
