T O P I C R E V I E WCeridwenWith that I mean, translating the interaspect into house-ruler aspects. Treat each planet in its house-ruler-function .For example:Sun conjunct SaturnSun rules 7th house in one chart, and Saturn rules the 1st house in the other chart. So 7th house ruler conjuncts 1st house ruler, which translating it into planetary counterparts would be a little likeVenus conjunct Mars(of course houses and planets are not identical or totally the same, but they have enough parallels and similiarities to justify this method). For example my natal Mars-Neptune-conjunction is actually a conjunction of 4th and 3rd house ruler, and could be read as MOon-Mercury-conjunction (of course with the underlying basis of Mars-Neptune). CeridwenOf course it means that the Uranus, Neptune, Pluto aspects will be VERY personal and individual as they relate back to aspecgts of 11th, 12th and 8th house ruler. For example: the ruler of 8th house conjunct the ruler of 12th house could be read as Pluto-Neptune-conjunction, which, if it were REALLY the planets, would be so generational we would not even care to mention it probably. Even in just my own natal, it really plays out. My 7th house ruler is conjunct Mercury, giving me a lot of attraction to people with Gemini planets, angles or 3rd house or Mercury strong. But Mercury also rules my 9th and 12th house. I'm very attracted to foreigners (or if my last attraction was, then suddenly someone from the same culture), someone whom I can learn from and who can learn from me. And it sadly definitely brought me some 12th house suffering (besides having Venus in the 12th). So that's all the mutable signs (H7 ruler is in Virgo) and these are what gets my attention first. My 5th house ruler is tucked into a stellium with Saturn, IC, Moon and Neptune, so that's Pisces again and the Cancer/Cap axis. They rule my 4th, 10th and 6th house. Daily life is important to me and I've always known I want my relationships to be public (10th house) - being kept hidden makes me super unhappy despite those 12th house connections. Though I don't need to show off/shput it off the rooftops, I do want my partner to be included in my life, my family and friends know him, etc. Noticed stuff in synastry, too. It's very interesting! From the top of my head, I remember my Mars being conjunct the ruler of his 8th and 10th exact, giving it a Mars-Pluto and Mars-Saturn vibe. But Mars also rules my 7th house, so it also feels like having a Venus-Pluto and Venus-Saturn conjunction with him (or even him putting Saturn and Pluto into my 7th house). Mars is the traditional ruler of my 2nd house, so it feels like Venus in aspect to his planets again. Quite intense, right? You know what the actual aspect is? Mars conjunct Mercury. Yes, that's right, not exactly known as a classic romance aspect. But those two rulers give it a much heavier flavour. (Lucky for him, I have a Cap stellium and Venus semi-square Pluto, so I like this kind of synastry.)meissieriAnd other house ruler conjunctions:Sun conjunct Venus one way: Sun rules his 10th, Venus rules my 1st and 8th. Feels like Saturn-Mars and Saturn-Pluto. But his Sun is also conjunct my 1st/8th ruler. And my Venus conjunct his 10th house ruler. Sun conjunct Venus the other way: Sun rules my 11th, Venus his 7th, 11th and 12th. Feels like Uranus-Venus, Uranus-Uranus and Uranus-Neptune. Also feels like: my Sun conjunct his 7th, 11th and 12th. his Venus conjunct my 11th. Uranus conjunct Neptune:His Uranus co-rules his 3rd house (Aquarius intercepted). My Neptune rules my 6th house. So Mercury-Mercury. Not one of the classic romance aspects, but it does make two generational planets a lot more personal. Uranus conjunct Neptune other way:Uranus rules my 5thNeptune rules his 4thSo it gives it a flavour of a Sun-Moon conjunction, which is very nice and personal. Neptune conjunct Moon:Neptune rules his 4thMoon rules my 10thMoon-Saturn is another classic, binding synastry aspect. Neptune conjunct Neptune:Neptune rules his 4thNeptune rules my 6th. Even the same two generational planets make this conjunction feel more personal. Neptune conjunct Saturn:Neptune rules his 4thSaturn rules my 4thLovely IC rulers conjunct makes for a very deep bond. We can tell each other anything. Uranus conjunct Saturn:Uranus - intercepted ruler of his 3rdSaturn rules my 4th. So yes, always check which houses generational planets rule, it can be super personal, intimate and romantic for someone who has it ruling their IC or one of the romance houses.
Treat each planet in its house-ruler-function .
For example:
Sun conjunct Saturn
Sun rules 7th house in one chart, and Saturn rules the 1st house in the other chart.
So 7th house ruler conjuncts 1st house ruler, which translating it into planetary counterparts would be a little like
Venus conjunct Mars
(of course houses and planets are not identical or totally the same, but they have enough parallels and similiarities to justify this method).
For example my natal Mars-Neptune-conjunction is actually a conjunction of 4th and 3rd house ruler, and could be read as MOon-Mercury-conjunction (of course with the underlying basis of Mars-Neptune).
