No problem. I've got a thread exploring it in-depth here.
Funny that you've got the pMOON conjunct VERTEX. We had that the week it was confirmed that he's my twin flame. I do feel that the pMOON involved with the VERTEX is a transdimensional clue.
Now, regarding the MARS-SNODE I've found that this can be involved in circumstances of violence, or where there's a lifeline where antagonism is prominent. It tends to bring 'war and strife'. Or, in more mundane terms, arguments, fighting, feuding, and a general sense of distress.
The beginning of the relationship or connexion will be subject to it with something of a consistent rhythm. There will be waves, indicated by the tMARS and the degrees involved. The goal is to minimise the conflict, of course, so it tends to appear in various 'surges' of activity near the beginning, usually marked by fights, opposite points-of-view, and a sense of being 'on the opposite side' of the other.
IF this relationship is sexual, however, the extra antagonism and heat could be channelled into that. Or if you're working together on an arduous project, or involved in sports. The excess of energy must go somewhere though, as it (likely) stems from a 'previous' feud or nemesis relationship elsewhere.
