Absolutely not.
The 4 letters A-I-D-S are very common in many names.
Additionally in Lexigramming if you cannot spell out the words of the acronym, then it means nothing. Also the word aids can mean to help "aid" someone. It can mean a helper in many fields from medical to political.
Also you should ideally Lexigram your full birth name;
them your married name;
and then other variations.
People get all scared over words they perceive as negative when Lexigramming and or give weight to acronyms and abbreviations which do not count.
Please read these pages.~NEGATIVE WORDS?~ No such thing! http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum8/HTML/002016.html
Also do not add or drop any letters from your name or whatever phrase you are Lexigramming.
You have the letters, use them!
If you do not have some letters; do not add them.
