Just that he is significant in my life? I have other male names in my name too though. Never remove any vowels or consonants and never add any either that you do not have. All vowels and any consonants are allowed contrary to some concepts. I prefer seeing the actual name; but a correct complete sequence is suitable. Also you can message Randall if need be.
