Trice cakes? blech!I prefer to eat what I want. On a diet, means doing that in moderation (hard for our sign, I know) and combining cardio work-outs. I think that's your best bet. It's too hard for me to give up good foods...no matter how bad they might be. Nothing wrong with a bit of chub.
