rice cakes? blech!I prefer to eat what I want. On a diet, means doing that in moderation (hard for our sign, I know) and combining cardio work-outs. I think that's your best bet. It's too hard for me to give up good foods...no matter how bad they might be. Nothing wrong with a bit of chub. More to love! Just eat healthy.....don't go overboard with the health food or junk food & love yourself the way you are. IP: Logged |

I remembered this one today. Nice light snack. Sliced cucumber Lemon juice Olive oil Salt and pepper Chile powder A mexican cook I worked with many years ago made it often for everyone to snack on. I think he called them Mexican pickles. lol quite tasty and you could add whatever spices you like. IP: Logged |

Stay off the soda, cookies, chips, ice cream and all that. Stop drinking alcohol Stop eating after 5 pm. Reduce calorie intake by 33%. Cut all deep fried and stir fried food. Cut the carbs (I know its tough), with minimal rice, pasta, bread, etc. Exercise vigorously a minimum of 15 minutes a day. IP: Logged |
