T O P I C R E V I E WPlutoSurvivorI blanched some kale and afterwards found a piece on the stove that never made it into the pot. Surprise! I enjoyed a kale chip - a piece that dried from the heat on the stovetop. This brought my awareness to the fact that I have a food dehydrator somewhere in storage. I used to make fruit leather for the kids. Plus I grew a sun dried tomato variety one year, sliced them and had a long lived storage of sun dried tomatoes from that crop. But I never made veggie chips. Any tips for seasonings?Ami AnneMy health food store makes these but they are kind of rich with a nut topping.
