T O P I C R E V I E WtracysalomeI have a BIG question that was never explained in star signs.... When you are reducing individual words, IF one name or word were to add up to a 19 would you reduce it to a 10 or a one before adding the final reductions for the final single and compound number? Also my son was born on 1-5-01 so he just doesn't have a compound birth number or what?? This is very very important for me to know..sesameWell, I'm glad you asked The trick is that your entire name *should* have both a single and compound number, but the "sad" fact is that some don't. This will take me a little while to explain. However, be rest assured that not having a compound number is actually more positive than negative because their is no negative (or positive) karma to overcome. Also remember that positive karma may have hooks - in that if you take it for granted, your next life could suffer etc.Anyhow, as for the adding. Now, I'll run through some examples.Say you had three numbers:6, 7, and 5. This added = 17 and 8.Now, if you had 3, 3, and 3, then the final number is 9 - no compound. But this is where it gets tricky. if your initial numbers were 12, 3, and 3 before reducing them, then you recalculate your final number to be 12 + 3 + 3 = 19.So, you see, you need to look through all names again, but it is possible that after looking through them that their is still no compound number. One final note. If any numbers are reduced or initially a master number - ie (22 or 11 only - 33 is not according to the chaldeans) then they should not be reduced. For example 29, 2, 3 = 11, 2, 3 = 16.Is that all cool? I'd like you to test this on my program if at all possible. I know it works, but I like continuous testing to find any bugs. But if you can't run the prpgram, then no biggy.Dean.------------------Always think compassion... The Dalai LamaMy numerology program based on "Star Signs" by Linda GoodmanLogically Magical Logic is Magically Logical Magic! (and vice versa!)tracysalomeThats fantastic that you've made this site sesame! But I think i need to clarify my question. for the name number issue I meant If one of the names were to add up to 19 or 29 or 28 or something like that would you reduce one or twice (except 11) to get the total number of that part of the name or word, so i mean if the first name out of the first middle and last is adding up to a 19 would I reduce it to a 10 or a one? Or does this all have to do with what number pertains better to the person? I am glad to hear about the single birth number also.. but since this is probably pretty common for children born from 2000 up to..what 2007?? Then do you think that there is something special about the millenium children? indigo children perhaps? Although from what i've heard i need alot more convincing before i buy the indigo children theory. Thanks for the reply AyumiDean-Hey I have a question for you! I thought my compound name number was 22, but after I added my numbers up like you said, I got 31. But the program says 22.7 + 13 + 11. Which one is it??? sesametracysalome, OK, yeah, they're reduced twice (except for 29 which is reduced once). 19 = 10 = 1 - the 10 is ignored completely. if all names = 19 ie 19, 19, 19 = 1 + 1 + 1 = 3, then they would be added separately to 19 X 3 = 57, which then is greater than 52, so it equals 12 (5 + 7).Ayumi, the 13 is reduced, so it's 7 + 4 + 11 = 22.Anymore queries? Come on, I can handle 'em Dean.beebuddyhi dean, im curious why 12, 3, 3 = 19. was this an oversight, or is there a reason that the number was not 18?(not tryin to nitpick )sesameWoops, yeah, my bad Dean.beebuddyahhhhhh, i wasnt sure if it was a method that i was un-aware of, i had never heard of the method of not assigning the number 9 to any letter for instance. in general i have noticed some uniqueness and originality to Linda's technique (or at least methods that are new to me!) i checked out your program online, pretty cool!EleanoreHere's an example:Sarah Jessica Parker31215 1533131 81225212 + 17 + 20 3 + 8 + 2 = 13Compound name number is 13Single name number is 4The only time you would not reduce a number in the middle of the calculation was if it was 11 or 29.For example:Ann Smith155 3414511 + 1711 + 8 = 19Compound name number is 19Single name number is 1Notice that in the final calculation of 19, it is not reduced to 10 for a compound number. In the final calculation, the compound number you get as a result is the one you interpret for. If it reduces to another compound number before reducing to a single number (such as 19 which reduces to 10 before reducing to 1) you simply ignore the second compound number (in other words, you ignore the 10 in this case). Linda did go through this in Star Signs though I don't remember quite where. I'll see if I get a chance to look it up later. As for birth dates that don't have a compound number, Linda states that that is actually rather fortunate for the same reasons that sesame pointed out in regards to karma. ------------------"This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow,as the night the day,Thou canst not then be falseto any man." - ShakespearesesameHey, Eleanore, I reckon one you might enjoy doing is "Albert Einstein".What do you think?Dean.tracysalomeThanks

Anyhow, as for the adding. Now, I'll run through some examples.
Say you had three numbers:

Ayumi, the 13 is reduced, so it's 7 + 4 + 11 = 22.
Anymore queries? Come on, I can handle 'em Dean.
(not tryin to nitpick )
i checked out your program online, pretty cool!
Sarah Jessica Parker31215 1533131 81225212 + 17 + 20 3 + 8 + 2 = 13Compound name number is 13Single name number is 4
The only time you would not reduce a number in the middle of the calculation was if it was 11 or 29.
For example:
Ann Smith155 3414511 + 1711 + 8 = 19Compound name number is 19Single name number is 1
Notice that in the final calculation of 19, it is not reduced to 10 for a compound number. In the final calculation, the compound number you get as a result is the one you interpret for. If it reduces to another compound number before reducing to a single number (such as 19 which reduces to 10 before reducing to 1) you simply ignore the second compound number (in other words, you ignore the 10 in this case).
