I have a problem and would really appreciate some insight

The guy I last dated was a professional hypnotist and magician. We were on and off, him being a true Sag could not commit and me being a sensitive Taurean-Piscean mix could not take it anymore. He left me, then just when I had picked up the pieces and moved on, he came back. It went on like this for a while, soon becoming a compulsion that I had to end. So I got firm and moved on and I thought all was ok till he came back and started claiming true love - in between disappearnces.

What is really disturbing me is that whenever we are on a split or he is not feeling close to me, strange things happen. I am not able to focus and often get a fever or get sick for absolutely no reason. And when we were together, when we used to have a fight, I would wake up, forcibly, at 3:30 am every morning. I would feel uncomfortable and restless and would not be able to go back to sleep. And the rest of the days, I could not keep my eyes open!

I know it can all be explained but I just know its him messing with me. Now, after falsely claiming to wanting to be my friend, he has revealed that he wanted to be with me all along and was jealous of my relationship with the amazing Scorpio in my life. We finally said goodbye when he figured I was not going to be with him but ever since, I have been restless again and waking at the same time - 3:30 again!

I know it could all be in my head but I have a feeling he has a really dark, mysterious side and he is truly messing with my head. I am posting our composite data. I would be soooo grateful if anyone could show me some light and clear up the fog in my head!

OK lets see ...

1. I already deleted all his mails and blocked him from my messenger. Since he lives away, thats one of the ways for him to contact me. He does not have long distance currently, so that takes care of itself

2. I already posted in UC and Ra's board, so lets see what people say abt that.

3. Working on blocking his energy. Also working on hypnotizing myself to not let him in or let any anchors take me back there

4. Working on letting him out and letting him go ...

It boils down to two things

1. Protect yourself
2. Do not let him in

You seem to be doing both - meaning, getting rid of all that reminds you of him and working on your own self-protection.

Personally, I would cast a protection spell or cloak (like what pixie was saying).

You have the power to block him, but with everything that has been going on you may have subconsciously let him in. Ask yourself this "Am I feeling ANY guilt for letting him go?" Feeling guilt does not mean you long for him or want him, but you may be feeling that cutting the cord went against your basic nature and isn't something you would ever really want to do.

Does that make sense? If you are feeling guilt, forgive yourself for having to resot to that decision and give yourself permission to grieve the loss of the friendship.

I have a dream journey book at home that has a protective meditation that is said before you sleep. I will find it for you and e-mail it to you.

Yeah, Im working on the blocking. No I guess its just like I let him in, as a friend and he sneaks and boom, before I know it, he assumes that we are back together! I have to stop that - I already have!

It gave me a terrible rush of power when I said it out aloud and it seems to be working! I slept like a baby - through the night!

And HD, rock on! You're right abt that bull strength, and no he does not make me feel like a kitten, he's more like a gnat in my ear. A burr in the pants I need to get rid of! Its another, a steaming hot Scorpio, who makes me weak in the knees and you know how it is when a bull and an eagle are playing house ... volcanic!

The thing that has me worried is that even though he is really powerful and a fabulous hypnotist, he is not formally trained in the medical side-effects of hypnotism and its like a dangerous weapon in the hands of a really powerful child somewhat volatile in emotion and lacking sound judgement.

btw:
salt is a very powerful protective agent, put a bag of it under your pillow, or put a line of it across your doorway... for the most extreme cases rings of it are made around the caster

Fire is a very powerful agent for getting what you want...burning anything of him or representations of him/his name written on paper will help rid him from your life

Water is good for healing, esp salt water..try bathing in salt water with candles after casting a spell

Air of course is an element present in every spell unless you're in outerspace...air carries the energy outward into the world

The basic elements are, in my opinion, the most powerful spell casting tools. Earth or dirt can be substituted for salt, although I woudln't because it has impurities. Any spell is further strengthened by a wand, made from wood preferably, about the size of the casters forearm+hand. Wood is associated with spirit, and therefore is the conduit for magic. Remember that wood was or is infused with water, so it retains those healing properties. The natural qualities of wood make sure that there is a purity to any spell cast with it present. Charms made out of wood are also excellent for warding off bad or attrcting good spirits.

Metal on the other hand is more about power, and has properties of earth and fire. A metal wand is good but more dangerous, and I would advise against its use. Using metal in charms can be a good idea, but the use of metal always invokes the use of ego, as metal enhances the power of the user. Generally speaking, metal can attract negativity because it enhances the ego/power of the user.

All manner of precious gems can be used for charms/spells....each one has its own specific properties.

Heres a few:

jade can enhance prophetic dreams and increase fertitily, (maya you don't want jade)

Quartz is extremely powerful as it is a magic amlifier....it increases the clairvoyance and focus of the caster, thus empowering the spell

Turqouise brings prosperity in general and is known for luck and sometimes protection

have you tried homeopathy? Since it works with the mind as well as the body, it may help. I had bad insomnia for two months because of stress - couldn't even get to sleep - but I was given Lycopodium and that got rid of a lot of nervousness and palpitations and made me focus.

Just a thought.

You're afraid to let go too, and he's egging you on. Save the good stuff (letting go) for someone else.
