Say you have moon square saturn at an orb of 9 degrees would you count that as a valid aspect or are the orbs too wide?IP: Logged |

a bit wide though some consider up to 10 degrees for the moon valid. williamIP: Logged |

I use no more than 5 degree orb. However,I am open to wide orbs...I just keep in mind that the the tighter the orb,the stronger the effect. Wide hard aspects might be okay for some stimulation when they are wide orb. I also use the semisquare and sesquiquadrate those are major aspects in Cosmobiology and Uranian Astrology. Trines and sextiles aren't even used in those systems because they are not considered event-oriented aspects by cosmobiologists and uranian astrologers. Midpoints don't involve trines and sextiles either. IP: Logged |
