I don't know where to start really.. but it has been quite a ride since I've got to know him 10 months ago. A week ago he finally admitted that he likes me and he even opened subjects like having children etcetera, subjects which he later seem to regret to open up about, because he literally said "sometimes I'll tell you more than I want to." But after I've seen him and when I initiated contact two times, he just disappeared.

This has happened before and when I contacted him after three weeks he acted like it was my fault.

I don't want to lose him, but I don't know what to do anymore. Is this the Scorpio disappearance (for what kind of reason), has it anything to do with the rubberband theory or is he really not that into me? Because after all the contradictory stuff that has been said and has happened I really don't have a clue. Is there a Scorpexpert over here? Your help would be really appreciated.

He has disappeared to regain control which he supposedly lost by opening up more than he wanted to.I think he will come back again but will be little bit more cautious before opening up.

Is there anything I can or should do? I send him a short message this morning, but it would be nice if he would initiate something by himself...

nope, im a scorp, and you need to leave the scorp alone to regain his emotions and control.

he will come back in ful force, but when he is vulnerable he will feel detached, and go back under his rock like a scorpion.

Leaving a Scorpio is harder than getting to know a Scorpio. Initiation is tough, but if you're going to close the relationship (and it doesn't really matter what kind of relationship you share), it will prolly be the death of you.

Sincerely, a November 15th Scorpio.

Maybe he doesn't have too much self-esteem these days and he is worried that you don't really like him or that you wouldn't want to talk to him everyday.

So try sending texts, tell him you miss hanging out with him and only then you will know whether he really wants to get closer to you.

For scorpios there is no middle. He either likes you a lot or is not interested at all.

But you have to prove to him that you want more of him in your life first, even if he likes you.

Scorpios respect other people's 'space' , maybe too much sometimes. So that could be why he is being distant.

Yep, he did, but in a very cold way. He also asked if I was feeling ok and I honestly told him not and I've also told him why (in the nicest kind of way possible). Probably the worst move I could make, but hey, how does he know I'm feeling bad about it when I don't tell him.

I haven't had a response yet, but after knowing him this long he would react defensive or won't react at al...

^^^^^^ THIS

I recently went thru this same scenario with a triple Scorpio.
They are a fixed sign and he is a tripled Scorpio, so once they get over the initial worries, which could break or make a relationship, they stick like glue to a shoe.

He is a Gemini Moon, Sun/Venus/Mars Scorpio. I know him for 10 months now, the first three months I got all his attention and the last seven months were mostly filled with tests, disappearances and a lot of opening-ups when I saw him.

I don't know if it makes any difference, but I am a Capricorn Sun and a Scorpio Moon + Rising.

I am a gemini moon myself. It is pretty hard to keep gemini moon interested for a long time but his scorpio planets should be good enough to make him loyal.I think his gemini moon came out in the beginning. You have scorpio moon and rising so you should not have any problem in gaining access to his scorpio planets. His gemini moon might cause problem,sign-wise it quincunxes your sun, moon and rising.Where is your venus?

In my own experience,Gemini-Scorpio is not a good combo to have in a chart, you want to open up(Gemini) but Scorpio tells you to hold back.

@Orange what doesn't sound good at all exactly?

@anonymidarkness my Venus is in Aquarius, but it's on the cusp.

Maybe I'm overreacting, normally I don't have any problems with giving him space, but what I hate is when I give him space too much he'll be nagging about it. It's just confusing...

He responded in a cold way the first tine and he hasnt responded to her last message. Even after she opened up and told him how bad she felt.
If he doesnt respond soon, with any kind of response , he is simply a jerk.

^this..

I don't think anyone who doesn't have the Scorpio/Gemini contradiction inside them has any idea of what it's like! It's extremely disturbing. So.. if someone with this combo acts weird, know that they're probably confused as heck themselves.

But, from what the OP says, it sounds like the guy opened up a bit too fast for his own liking, freaked out, backed off, and now he's taking time to think about it and/or "recharge" batteries.

Also.. they say Scorpio men are famous for the disappearing act (I think all men are inclined to do it but especially Water sign men). Maybe he's wondering what he really wants/needs from you. If he actually wants to be with you, etc.

Or maybe he's just busy.

There could be lots of possibilities but if he doesn't repond at all or if he acts cold, then he's either lost interest or he's playing games for X reason (insecurity, trust issues, a gf, yada yada).

In any case, don't put up with disrespectful behaviour, pretty please. He will NOT change! If he's acting like a jer*k now, chances are, he'll always have that side to him, even if you do get together.

Good luck!

He responded.. 'I'm sorry baby', 'I'm indeed 'absent' to you. It doesn't happen consciously though.'

Rrrrright. This doesn't bring me any further.
