I'm an aqua Venus, very few people I connect with emotionally unless you can provide intellectual stimulation. Could say I'm a social snob, but I just have boundaries, I don't like it when I'm criticised or treated like a lesser human, because we all deserve equality. IP: Logged |

No. Actually there's more caution taken when dealing with me. Far from a bully or arrogant with some "superiority" complex but I do intimidate my family, friends and most strangers. Years ago I enjoyed their mode of caution but it doesn't sit well with me now. I prefer ppl to be comfortable and reach out if they need me.IP: Logged |

Aqua venus here too and I'm like this.
Sure I'll be friendly to everyone I come across, but rarely do I let anyone close enough to take advantage of me.
There are very few people I actually click with and if we do click I'll be a life long friend.. but take advantage of me and I'll cut all ties for months to years.
It's only happened a couple times, and while I still love the people, I'll never trust them the same and never let them back in that position

have dated several aqua venus/aqua sun men for lengthy periods of time, and despite the stereotype of being 'people people' i have found the ones i have known to be some of the most racist people i've encountered. i have yet to find an aqua venus/aqua sun person who is actually as people-oriented and humanistic as they are given credit for. have always found quite the opposite actually. perhaps if the other races don't match their intelligence they start to see them as less equal and don't mind saying it. who knows. I've never dated any but have known only a handful and all that you said is exactly what I've observed. They were awkward and just plain weird. Were not as personable as they're proclaimed. Maybe there are some placements in your charts (and starmoon's) that attract certain placements or aspects...
Honestly I think aquarius are very judgmental. However they are not like capricorn (where there's a hierarchy). Aquas think about what should be done. If Aquas are of lower energy, they will have Jesus complex. Aquas I know can have the Jesus complex type or can be very humanitarian. Ellen, Oprah, Ed Sheeran.. For my generation, uranus is in capricorn and many Aquas have capricorn stellium so they are a little but more conservative. And even then, even the sucky Aquas, when people need them, they'll still help even if they are judging others in their head.
I think it is very annoying when people stereotype a sign due to their synastry. I have Cappy stellium and I know for sure I'm not be close to aries or libras but I'm not gonna base my judgment of libras and aries on my synastry with them.

Aww...this makes me sad.  I am an Aqua Sun/Venus and Pisces moon and am definitely not like that at all. Believe me I am too sensitive to treat people like that. Edit: Ed Sheeran is an Aqua too!?! I have to share this sign with him? IP: Logged |

No we are not supposed to be soulmate based on synastry. And no, being libra doesn't mean you do not have neg bias towards aquarius. I have negative biases towards libras yet I'm capable of logically keep them out of my posts about libras (and you can check my post record). So I do expect others to be capable to do the same. I'm not getting upset. I take my arguments seriously (if that's what your leo fiancé and your libra placements are not in sync with).
I'm presenting a logical argument that there are two types of aqua energy. The lower energy being Jesus complex (I am completely willing to admit that). However it is not "fair" to generalize that Aquas are racists (a very troubling generalization). Racism and discrimination come with all signs and are dependent on education and environment. Look my post was not about you. It was MY personal experiences and observations. It's just words on a screen. Absolutley no need in getting all offensive. I was not the person who brought racism up. I commented and agreed with the person who did. According to general astrology Aquas and Libras are soulmate. Do I agree? No. I didn't mean you exactly, I said you as in Aquas. You made a thread about Aquarius' so I kept my response Aqua related. Don't understand why you're being so defensive....
