aries MCsaturn in 7th (especially square MC) sun/saturn in 10th
especially if making hard aspects to mars, uranus, pluto, neptune uranus/mars in 6th/10th ruler of 10th/6th in hard aspect to sun/saturn/mars/uranus/pluto/even neptune .

Some signs have inherent issues with authority figures from the onsetLeo,Scorpio,Aries,Aquarius,Cancer and Cap on the cusp of the 6th house cusp may present some challenging working conditions Naturally then, the planets that rule these signs which happen to be in the 6th or in aspect to the planet that rules the 6th, can also suggest woes in the workplace. The ones that i know to be especially volatile are Aries/Mars in 6th. I have that one (Mars) and have always had issues with bosses Mars aspecting the Ic/Mc cusp rulers could also suggest resistance to authority figures-since both represent authority figures and the Ac/Dc ruler squares may point to volatile relationships with those we consider our equals.
