Quintile is innovation and creativity. It is easier for me to explain from the viewpoint of having it in a natal chart rather than a relationship chart, but I found this for you.

Perhaps in the relationship, Venus quintile Mars means that there is sexual innovation and creativity, and the roles the two people play work out pretty well, there are no issues in this area. Or, if it is not that kind of relationship, the two enjoy creative pursuits.
