These are things that sound like music to a Taurus' ears. Even I (right now) reading them , am picturing a calm stream passing through a green forest and meeting a lazy river on the other end.

There is an overwhelming feeling of calm, peace, well-being...wait... oh no. That's just me suddenly feeling the urge to pee🤣. One moment

When you come into the presence of Taurus enegy. This after launching all your rockets and firing your missiles waging wars , mentally excavating for treasures untold and declaring an offensive entrance of "I discovered you" on sentient territory etc. The fiery hot nature of Mars (Aries) cools down considerably once immersed in the sound and fragrances of nature -as the wind gently caresses the face and massages the hair.

Anger, rage, fire, violence, discord etc. Has no place here. The energy of Taurus has an "all is well" general effect ime. Much like the feelings that are summoned when firsr seeing "The Shire" in the LOTR films.

The presence of simple pleasures like a warm fire on a cold winter's day OR a cool breeze on a hot summer's night etc. Can make one feel like they are deeply blessed and rich "as is".And that there is nothing else in life you need🤔

When i am really angry(which happens often as an Aries Asc), i think of cows in the open fields eating away. A lone tree in a distance hugged by a fast moving breeze. The sound of dream-catchers outside a house nearby. And the promise of summer showers looming from clouds above. And i am instantly brought to calm.

As 2nd house Taurus, i value peace. I get upset so easily. So i do value experiences and people who remind me what it feels to see other colours outside of red. It can be very disarming for me. Hence i think that that could also be why Lib(also Venus ruled) is in the 7th house of cerebral/ detached and cool Libra .

I have dated more Librans and Taurus people in my life than any other sign. Mostly Sun signs though☝🏿

There is nothing more I hate than being rushed. Especially when someone wants to decide something for me when I’m still thinking about it. Don’t disturb me while I’m still chewing… and re-chewing... It can make me very stubborn when people are forceful in their opinions. It’s definitely one of my pitfalls. It takes a very conscious effort to get into a different mindset again once someone has triggered me. Like Scorpio, Taurus can hold a grudge, but they don’t want to waste any energy with revenge or any kind of drama. They just move on, but don’t expect any second chances. Trust is a delicate thing for a Taurus.

And food is definitely a sensual experience. The smell, the look the texture and the right ambiance to set the mood. Taurus can be very well inconsistent in their interest or physical relationship with someone when they haven't yet decided entirely what to do with you!

For some of us it can take 1-3 years to fully make up our minds about someone. Once we decide to commit...edited.

He prefers any job that gives him some freedom. The delivery job is wearing on him, but he doesn’t have to be stuck in a store or office, and he used to love the countryside when he delivered in Amish country.

He was in the air force, so he knows how to sew, and do other things to take care of himself. He does laundry, knows how to cook, etc.

If he takes a nap, I worry. I have encouraged him to take naps, or just sit down, but doesn’t unless he’s done other things and grown tired, or if he’s sick.

He helps people. He has kept me alive. He has helped strangers to find their cars at the grocery store. He helped an Amish man move his fridge into his house. He saw him having some trouble. He’s good like that.

He doesn’t like gardening. He will help if I’m stressed, but he only does basic yard work. He grew up with a farmer dad, and doesn’t like farming. He also doesn’t like cities, which is how we got stuck in the middle of nowhere. I didn’t know that about him when my parents got back together, and we lived on the outskirts of another big city. I’d forgotten about one story my mum told us: when they moved to California, in one aunt’s area. They packed and sold things, had goodbye parties in Ohio, drove to California, and were back three weeks later, because he hated the traffic out there. Mum was embarrassed, and she also liked California.

He is good at picking out clothes for us, because he knows what he likes to see people in. I hate browsing for too long, but he’s patient when he’s looking for gifts.

He used to want to be a singer, but he wouldn’t have liked the attention that can come with it.

He can keep to a schedule. I can’t stick to one, to save my life.

My bf would never impulusively buy something or even put something that didn't meet his standards to his online cart. This would mean a waste of energy and he hates wasting energy. I feel Taurus is great at conserving their energy. I'm very much scattering my energy because I'm more of the nervous type which then can lead to exhaustion while my bf very rarely if ever exhausts himself. He is also very very persevering.

Yes. 👌🏿Trust is as important to Taurus, as it is to Scorpio. The two signs want to be able to trust u with their life.

I notice (however) that both Tau/Cancer can come out of their shell more ,the longer they've known you. Or been in a relationship(whether platonic or intimate) with you.

The two can find it hard to let go. And typically don't choose a break-up( unless Uranus/Mars/Pluto aspects are strong). They know how challenging it can be to find someone who just "fits".

And so they will want to adjust and work on maintaining/reconciling differences with the current beau, than run to uncharted waters with a "new" somebody out there.

Novelty in the way of love relationships tends to not be attractive. Learning someone takes time. And both Cancer/Tau don't like wasting the latter.

This need to know you can extend towards sex. Where the intimacy levels increase because they now know what you like vs. What they like. Taurus (being Earth) is more in tune with the physical body and what "feels" good from a sensual level.

Cancer however,wants to be intimate from an emotional point. They are very much in tune with their untuitive senses. And the more "in alignment" they are with you,the better the sexual intimacy.

Could the inconsistency with the Taurus also be that they are not all that invested in you?🤔

🤣🤣 The "steadiness" can also come out as "stubbornness" when there is disagreement. But its actually two sides of the same coin.

I have said it on here before that although I really love Taurus energy on the Moon,I find Virgo energy complements me best there.

The reason being that as a cardinal water energy,there is a dynamic flow of energy in me that needs to initiate or foster changes "as they come". So for instance, I want the flexibility of being able to make last minute changes to something because the inspiration to do that hits me.

I find that these ad hoc changes are fine with Virgo(mutable). But Taurus may struggle with them or downright object. I dont want to stress them out of their comfort zone by way of surprises.

Also,there is a high level of impassivity with Tau. Yes,earth can't always be moving. It needs to be stable But I often feel "dismissed" for feeling intense feelings or glazed over. Kinda like someone putting a bandate on a bullet wound and saying "there there. All better now right?"

It's at these emotionally dynamic moments that intimacy can go to another level with me. With Virgo, I can go there and they(Vir) still don't lose their ground. But I struggle with Taurus. They refuse to take that emotional journey and want to just remain unaffected.

I get it,Taurus is fixed. Fixed signs require you to get used to them and orient yourself with how they are in order for things to run smoothly. But as a Cancer Moon cardinal position,this can (at times) be very challenging to do. Because I am also internally driven too towards my own emotional compulsions.

I know that every sign has good-looking people. No doubt. Looks are not sign exclusive but are dependent on genetics etc.

But i notice that(on average), there are more good-looking Taurus people i meet up with than other signs (Libra and Virgo being the other).

Usually the males have a thick neck, a broad chest and "full" physique. Leo/Tau / Aqua and Sco have similar physiques ime🤔. Their physical stance gives the impression of "squareness".

I tend to think someone who has this "square" physique i speak of, has fixed sign somewhere in their big three.

By "square" physique, I mean "Victor Krum" from Harry Potter "Goblet of Fire"
He has Taurus Sun.

Roman Reigns from WWE has the square "boxy" torso I speak of. He has Moon in fixed sign Leo.

I knew that Angie Jolie likely has Asc in Leo more than Cancer with her "boxy" physique and square facial outline.

Mila Kunis(Leo Sun) has the same boxy body too.

I don't find Sco to be sensuous ime. They can kiss with a certain kind of assertion(Mars)or can even get downright aggressive.

In my definition,Sensuality isn't about "assertion" per se but appreciaton of the other and nibbling them bit by bit. And Scorpio Mars heat(similar to Aries) can want to dive right in and dislikes the slowburn ceremonious "preamble".

To Taurus, the "preamble" is everything. The slowburn build-up makes the peak worthwhile. Its all in the thoroughness and taking of one's time to get to the top of the mountain bit by bit with Taurus.

Most Taureans are passively (or privately) sensual, but not in the way imagined by a lot of fiery romantic types with high expectations.

I've known a few Taureans, one was a cute young woman about my age when in my 20s who was, well boring. She was attractive, but I lost interest quickly. I know nothing of her birth chart, only that she was a Taurus and seemed like one. She was cute, dressed nicely, had a dog, but bOring.

Another Taurus that comes to mind is an executive who was especially good to me during a rough patch in my life. He was high energy, very managerial, and had an ability to upset the established way with his policies (aimed at financial responsibility). Libra rising, Moon in Aries opp Asc, Sun square Uranus. Very active physically and would take very long bike rides. Music lover. High energy go-getter, a people-person.

Other than that, I guess I'm just too much Taurus for my own life. They've rarely stood out to me in terms of friends or women that I was attracted to. I was far more attracted to fire women when I was younger (20-30s). I could spot a Sagittarian woman so easily, even if she were lesbian.

I'm atypical as a Taurus because I'm not materialistic at all. And I'm metaphysical and spiritually oriented. Money is just a means to an ends and getting more of it is not the only way of getting there.

But I do need nature around me and accessible. Big trees and parks. I need to see mountains now and then and I live surrounded by them at a distance. I NEED green spaces, TREES -- tall, evergreen trees. I love the smell of fir trees. I love the smell of limes, but I'd give them up the rest of my life if that's what it took to live surrounded by evergreens. I want to be near the ocean and the mountains.

The big event each year is going with my wife to the Oregon coast for a few days.

A lot of my voting politics is practical-ecological -- just keep the air, water, and soil clean for all of us. I've come to realize I also need animals, at least one pet, in my life. I'm a dog person. My blissful life picture is on a lush farm in central Oregon surrounded by animals, gardens, free spirits and hippies, with plenty of Cannabis around, not far from the Pacific Ocean. I like temperate, lush climates, even for visiting. I don't like hot dry places overwhelmed by sun or places overwhelmed by rain and cold for too much of the year.

I like small towns and unique, quaint places, but I find the backwardness and bigotry that settles into many of them to be off-putting. The world is an adventure and a really big place. Why narrow your mind to the dimensions of only what you've experience and who you've known so far?
