However, I had an experience which shows how love multiplies.

I was helping an astrologer with her own charts. It was just my casual helping her with some relationships.

I have been doing if for about a month, just trying to give her love.

I didn't expect anything in return.

Well, I had NO idea of her following of people.

She published one of my articles and thousands of people starting pouring on my website

I think 3000 people came as a result of this one article lol

This stuck with me and made me feel foolish if I gave love, money, possessions etc

However, it is really the most happiness you can have.

You never have to feel unloved if you can GIVE love

This is a really important statement and tells us, imo, WHY people are depressed.

I think that when people hurt us, we should be angry.

That is healthy. If we switch to an intellectual mode, we deny our anger and simmer inward, which is what depression is.

This is what I learned from Alice Miller. you should check out her website and books.

PS I am not saying we should take ACTION to get back at them cuz we shouldn't but anger needs to be really felt and not pushed down imo

I am no authority. I am a fellow sufferer lol

They say depression is anger turned inward, so to get rid of depression, one must FEEL angry.

You see?

One must feel the repressed/suppressed feeling.

The action of getting back at someone is something we should not do.

We do, at times, but God does not like it lol

However, the FEELING is important to feel in all it's depth or it turns into depression imo

It is a CD program from DR Ronnie Freeman. I think I have her name right.

She talks about how to come out of being numb.

It has changed my life.
