has anybody here suffeted from bleeding gums due to the harsh tooth brushes.or sometime even when they are soft and for sensitive teeth.

this is a solution from yoga used centuries ago and is really seems to work for me

we'll just need a little of salt and mustard oil for the solution of this problem!

I went to the dentist for the first time in 4 years....all I had to get done was clean and polish...he said my teeth were good but my gums needed attention. They always bled...but after using the floss he recommended every day, they havent bled for the past two or three weeks.....I am delighted

oh did i forget to tell u all how to use it!

we'll just have to use our fingures for cleaning out teeth with salt and mustard oil .and there no brushing required.

although its better as long as we can avoid the tooth brush as this keeps away cavity and gems .also helps to remove food particles stuck in our teeth.

this working really great for me.earlies i thought that it would be bad if i don't brush or something but this thing is really working for me!

Sounds stupid but true.

When your gums bleed, the recommended treatment is to keep brushing them until the bleeding stops.
You would expect it to make things worse but in fact it does stops the bleeding AND removes the risk of infection.
