My plan is to replace Rebull with Ginseng. It was really starting to concern me how much redbull I was taking to get things done for school. I think it made my periods late too. I've been thinking for a while of what could I do instead of redbull? There has to be a convenient and healthier way. One of my friends told me he takes Ginseng supplements and will be crazy productive at work. I plan on buying some tomorrow. IP: Logged |

Find an Asian grocery, LOOK FOR boxes of the vials of ginseng extract. They may also have something in their beverage cooler with Ginseng in it. https://www.amazon.com/s/185-7697637-8921815?ie=UTF8&field-keywords=ginseng%20vials&index=blended&link_code=qs&sourceid=Mozilla-search&tag=mozilla-20 My local Asian grocers market has the Royal King cheaper than Amazon. ------------------ LeekingChee IP: Logged |

Not sure what Royal King is, guessing it's a successful Asian grocery store. With the ginseng supplements, taking a week break can really throw me off. I realized I can start taking them again today. But I left them at home. Could really use them, I feel super groggy and out of it today, even with two cups of coffee. IP: Logged |

When I was full time with school in the summer, I was totally abusing redbulls. I am a petite person and would sometimes have two 12 fl red bulls a day. I think it would mess with my hormones too. My period would be late a lot. That's one of the main reasons, I knew I couldn't go on like this. IP: Logged |

I like drinking the tea. You can dissolve it in water and there are no leaves to throw away. Tastes good and promotes good energy. IP: Logged |
