In "Star Signs" Linda famously does a lexi for orange as NO AGE, and says they are a sign between Immortals.Recently, I noticed in a book of mine called "Practical Aromatherapy" by Shirley Price that orange essential oil is given a list of properties - among them, that it greatly reduces signs of aging in the skin. Linda said all Immortals needed for skin care was pure vitamin E cream, and plenty of fresh water. However, if Immortals (and those who wish to retain youthful appearance) would like a booster, I've found 60 drops of orange oil in a 250 gram tub of plain vitamin E cream is wonderful for the skin. It cleanses and tones as it moisturises, saving time and money on your skin care routine. As orange is not an especially "girly" perfume, even male Immortals and Mortals don't need to worry about smelling un-masculine. Please note: it is the essential oil of the orange fruit, not neroli oil, which is made from the orange flower. IP: Logged |

and sweet orange oil smells so nice too! I have a natural skin care book and it lists the orange oil in several of the recipes for skin care. Thanks for reminding me that I had that!IP: Logged |

I've been using the mixture of orange oil and Vitamin E cream for a couple of weeks (since discovering this thread) and love it! Thank you!In the past I've used a couple of great facial moisturizers, from Avacado oil, to a wonderful home mixture of fresh lemon and whole cream...but this beats them all! IP: Logged |

I want to try this but here's my question... What is the brand of cream you all are getting? Does it need to be 250 grams of pure cream? Where I get my oils, she has a cream that has 1300 IE's. Will this work?------------------ Love & Light, Melissa IP: Logged |

Morgana~ Do you use the oil just before going to bed, or in the morning as well? Im just wondering how the oil does under make-up? Lord knows I cant go anywhere without it Here's my thing I do (I have alligator skin by the way): Twice a day....Green Tea Serum followed by a cream of Elda(sp?)Flower Vit E and Im not sure what all she puts in this concoction but there are 7-10 different essential oils mixed in. Im not seeing any difference in thew wrinkle department, but if you have dry skin it works wonders !

I've been using the Vitamin E cream with the orange oil...it's wonderful!! But only at night, too greasy for day wear. Another thing that is good for dry skin at night is avacado oil, or coconut oil.The orange/E is the best I've used so far. My daytime/under makeup moisturizer is very light...can't recall the name...I'll look at home for you IP: Logged |

Hi sister! Yes I use the oil only as part of my evening routine, for the day I use a cream. In a while I get kinda blurry vision because of the oil but I'm too lazy to go put it on just before I go to bed, so I do it before that. I noticed a visible difference after only one night, the little lines under my eyes have decreased and now they are nearly invisible to the naked eye. I'm really surprised it works so well. I use Puritan's, btw Hi, Trillian! Yes, what kind of cream do you recommend? How much vitamin E is enough for it to be effective? Welcome, Lotus Starchild! to all, morgana IP: Logged |

Hi morgana! My daytime moisturizer is called "Kiss My Face," I get it at our local health food/natural items type store, they carry a line of products by "Kiss My Face." It's very light and yummy, sort of citrus-y. I'll look tonight at the E cream I use, it's has a few other organic ingredients, then I bought the orange oil and mixed it in. I'm very happy with it, and my fine lines are very, very minimal. It smells yummy, too! IP: Logged |

Hi, I`m new to the site, so first of all hello to everyone! I have a query concerning skin.... I have broken capillaries over my nose and across my cheeks. Everyone in my family tells me that it`s hereditary, we all have sensitive, thin skin. Does anyone know of anything that might help to repair them, or just make them fade so they are not so red? I have been considering a sort of laser treatment called IPL, but I`m still really unsure whether to go ahead with it or not. I am going to buy some vitamin E cream and orange oil to try anyway, and if anything amazing happens, I`ll let you know.IP: Logged |

Have no fear! THere is help!!Capillaries, once damaged, can be unsightly and a source of frustration ... and can be a very naturaly block as we script ourselves towards immortality. It is possible to repair these with the Cellular Regenration Techniques that Linda talks about ... I'm always experimenting with it ... and find amazing results! However, if the capillaries are too much of a block, then what can I say but that these are very lucky times to discover our innate immortality. There are amazing skin-care products out there that actually repair damage to the skin. (If you want more information, just send me an e-mail.) Modern Science and Immortality are starting to blend paths, and that's very exciting. Yet, if you choose to treat your skin medicinally, remember that you must still learn about Cellular Regeneration and Reverse-Spiraling to really get it going! The best medicine comes from inside you! Oh, yes ... Not sure, but be careful, tobygrrl! Many essential oils will irritate skin if applied undiluted. Remember to do patch tests! Lunargirl IP: Logged |

Hi I took your advice and mixed up some Vitamin E creme with orange oil. I got the E Cream at a drugstore in my area, it's just the stores own generic vitamin e skin cream with 22,000IU Vitamin E. It works really well. My skin looks really fresh when I wake up in the morning. I think that the addition of the Orange oil really has a nice "brightening" effect on my skin. I also use a special face serum that I made up myself. I use a base of 1/4 oz Grapeseed oil mixed with 1/4 oz Jojoba oil, I add a few drops of pure rose absolute essential oil, a few drops of Sandalwood essential oil, a few drops of Neroli essential oil, a drop of Geranium essential oil, then I add the contents of about 4 capsules of vitamin e into the bottle. It smells really lovely, and it really does wonders.~Serena IP: Logged |

I keep forgetting to write down the type of E cream I'm using!! It's not pure E, it has a little 'extra' in it, like avacado oil, which is also excellent for the skin. I used it exclusively for years. I got this E cream at the local health food store, it's pretty good stuff. I am definitely loving the E + Orange Oil better than anything I've used before. My skin looks great! IP: Logged |
