Anybody use this website?Good or bad experiences that I should know about. Just posted a vintage Vette on there and salt water aquariums and this is my first time using craigslist. IP: Logged |

I sold some things of mine a couple of years ago. Sold a 55 gallon aquarium and a stereo system. No problems myself. As long as you make it clear what your expectations are, you shouldn't have any problems. No checks is something I learned from ebay. PayPal is great to be the go between as far as money goes...or cash works too. Just my 2 cents

I've bought and sold on Craigslist numerous times. I luv it. It really is the next eBay ... I just found out recently that eBay is partial owner of craigslistI've had no bad experiences. I always say "Item will not be shipped, local pickup only." (I've had those Nigerian scammers trying to reel me in - I fallbaqck on the saying, "If its too good to be true, chances are it is) Also note "Cash only" (no money orders as those can be fake - and since you'd be the one cashing it, you'd also be the one paying the money back when they find out its fake) IP: Logged |

I've found new places to live, I've gotten roommates, and I've connected with other musicians through Craigslist. I've never had an issue with the site.If you need a quick replacement appliance for the home, you can generally find them there pretty easily, and often for free. An old boss of mine needed to prepare a rental property for tenancy, so he had me get a range off craigslist. IP: Logged |

Im sure you'll get some response. Just be sure to repost pretty often. That way your ad stays closer to the top.
