Achilles Heel/Trap to Avoid/Bottom Line~~

Scorpio NN achilles heel is COMFORT ... which can lead them into the trap of unending search for accumalation.

"When I finally have enough money and possesions, I will feel good about myself and can relate to others."

Life experience shows that NN Scorp's never get enough 'stuff' to feel COMFORTABLE in making the changes that will add vitality to their life. Scorpio NN must be willing to risk losing their current level of comfort to gain a higher state of power and vitality.

The bottom line is that they will never have enough money/property to THINK they can afford to bond with another and feel that there is enought to take care of all of their needs. At some point they simply have to let go of self concern and put their full power into partnership.

THE IRONY IS THAT WHEN THEY FINALLY BOND WITH ANOTHER, THE MUTUALY EMPOWERING RELATIONSHIP CAN MAKE THEM RICH!

....These people need to be willing to form partnerships with other people, finding those who have similar values and resources (money or talent) that they can share.

...once they define their goal, they need to deliberately approach the project or task by expanding their view (and allow others to participate ACTIVELY, so it becomes more about reaching a common goal rather than just the task itself) .... (focus on the people involved rather than the task)

...scorpio NN's were hard workers in past lives ... where survival depended on their SELF SUFFICIENCY ... earned their way through their OWN efforts ... master builders. They have an attachment in this life to doing things THEIR WAY, THE HARD WAY ... in this life it slows them down.

....(in past lives) they had to tune out their sensitivity to psychological needs and developed the habit of only considering the task at hand. Their sense of self worth was based on what they DID, not WHO they were as individuals.

ONCE THEY HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE SOMETHING AWAY THEY MUST NOT LOOK BACK .... THEY HAVE STRONG ACCUMULATION KARMA .... ONCE THEY LOOK BACK THEY ARE GONERS, THEY BRING IT BACK INTO THE HOUSE AGAIN (goes for money, relationships, etc).

...they are reluctant to to allow the input of others because they want total ownership over ideas as well as things. They are afraid that if it isnt theirs, they will be left out.

...these people tend to excess and often dont set healthy limits ... sometimes they have to accept discipline imposed externaly because they have not developed this yet ...sometimes they mistake being driven for self discipline, but their compulsive overdoing is a sign of excess.

Once these folks decide to discipline themselves, they go for it! They postpone for a long time with halfhearted efforts and then suddenly they JUST DO IT. They build their self esteem with discipline.

...if these folks feed energy to a person they want to support, the other person will eventually start feeding them energy back. NN scorps think they do not know how to feed that essential energy to another person, but it is simple. Other people know their own needs, so all they have to do is ASK the others what they need, listen to what they say, and give it to them.

PARTNERSHIP~~~

Scorpio NN are learning to let go of old patterns. To do this, they need a partner with whom to build a relationship and empower one another. (Sahana, that is for YOU with your Libra NN in scorpio house!) Often these folks are fine in group situations but are fearfull of one on one connections .... they need to take the focus off of themselves (and their fear) and tune into what the other person needs.

To do this, they need to overcome the fear they wont be liked or that people will be angry with them (This is soooo true for me). In fact, this response only happens from others when Scorp are not excercising their innate talents for mutual empowerment. If their motive is to support the other person regardless of the response (there is that letting go of control agian!), they wont get hurt. In the process of sincerely exploring what will work for the other person, these natives open up---and thats when they connect with the reciprical , rejuvenating energy they need.

Scorpio NN comes across as nice, humble, salt of the earth individuals but true modesty involves being receptive to the input of others and does not seek to dominate the situation. RELATIONSHIP~~

Scorpio NN people approach relationship in the same way they do everythin ... as the master buider In relationship they are willing to take their time with other person ... hold hands, talk, discover what they lke to do together.

Yet, at the same time, they can be largely unaware of others and not really address the other persons needs.

(often they become to focused on a goal and this affects the relationship negatively .. ie workaholics not making it home, etc)/

..... they have great business Karma since, in the business world, they tend to be more open and accepting of new ideas. In business people share a common goal (the purpose of the NN scorpio) which is money (what they want!). Someone could approach them with a business plan very different from their own but they would still listen beause the end result is something they value ... money.

IN relationships NN scorps tend to take over the decision making for the team ... they do not realize this inadvertantly ivalidates the others worth.

LISTENING~~~

The South Node indicates the last Life and also what has been cumulatively mastered in past Lives. Pursuing that is uneventful. It indicates challenges that have already been overcome, Lessons already learned, and also provides the background and reasons behind the North Node. Most of us have unhappy Lives, because we instinctively fall back into the complacent Lessons of our very comfortable South Nodes, instead of accepting the purpose and reasons why we are here (North Node).
