Taurus with Scorpio rising. I AM the "immovable object." There are plenty of things one can wheedle me to do, but some things you will just get an "Uber-no" about. For those things, there is no way you can bribe, beg, plead, or wheedle me into doing it. Sorry, that's a NO, you'd better just learn to deal with it. IP: Logged |

a cancer friend to both me and my gf said, in regards to me (scorpio) and my gf (taurus) said she knew who was more stubborn but would not tell.I will try to get it out of her! Alena, you say you are leo rising..so is my gf! coolness! It is a very ..interesting combo ..taurus sun/leo rising. what is your experience with it out of curiousity?
I got into a fight with a taurus once..after a long time we were able to admit it was over some real dumb **** .

Taurus might be more stubborn in a very physical sense: digging in heels, not budging, feet cemented to beliefs but AHHH the Scorp is more stubborn in a very different way.  The Scorp will set it's sights on something and will move heaven and earth to achieve it. The very cleverest of Scorps can even get Taurus to change his/her mind because the Scorp will literally spend years manipulating circumstances--very subtley--so that the changes in place ALLOW Taurus to change positions without even knowing it. *evil laugh* LOL! Let me give you an example: Situation: Scorp and Taurus are married. Scorp wants to paint the walls in her living room (peach). Taurus says "NoWAY! I'm not having peach in my living room. I like the color we have always had. (hehe)." Scorp does her best to persuade, to no avail. :P Over the next several years, everytime Scorp buys something for the living room, there is a wee bit of peach in it. Lamp shade, covers, that cute little basket she JUST HAD to have..are you following me?  One day, several years down the road, Scorp just happens to mention that the walls are a mess and need painting. Taurus looks around and has to agree..they ARE a mess and since the bull loves beauty and order he agrees. Scorp, very meekly, suggests perhaps peach might be a good color--afterall we wouldn't want to spend money on all new furnshing, would we? :P LOL! Yep! Peach walls...BABY!! hehehe...it CAN be done. Is determination the same as stubborn? If so, Scorp--hands down! :P IP: Logged |

taurean stubborness is instinctive .. an innate reaction to being pushed ..
i'ts a matter of perception from taurus .. to the outside world ..
whereas .. scorp stubborness is a well thought out plan ..
