Aselzion made a comment in Universal Codes on The Lords of Karma.
He explained to me that they are the four fixed signs, also called serpent signs or Power signs, Leo, Aquarius, Taurus and Scorpio.And the 15th degree of each is said to be The Lords of Karma. My sun sign is Leo, with Aquarius rising and Taurus moon...and for having four planets - including Pluto - in the 8th house ( Scorpio stuff ) this sign has a great relevance in my chart. 
So...for having the four fixed planets with such strong in my chart, any comment on this subject will be appreciated!

That's only one of the critical degrees. There are a few more. 1. degree of cardinal signs - new beginning
13. degree of cardinal signs - frustration due to maladjustment
26. degree of cardinal signs - warning that plans are being overvalued before further progress is made
9. degree of fixed signs - faith in ability to overcome all obstacles and difficulties.
15. degree of fixed signs - attachment to the law of karma - possibility for an advanced soul to fulfil its destiny and to teach others
21. degree of fixed signs - agonies caused by purification of egoistic mind.
4. degree of mutable signs - overcoming all prejudices and accepting the unity with everything.
17. degree of mutable signs - rebirth through the contact with the knowledge form
unconscious mind
Plus 0 or 29 degrees of any sign is considered critical. Hmmm, I should probably be worried, what with 4 planets at critial degrees and 2 angles. But hey, what can I say? LOL IP: Logged |

Hi Jakie...Sorry it took me a while to reply, but with work and holidays have been up for about 22 of the last 24 hours. The Lords of Karma... well as Alena pointed out, there are several degrees in the zodiac that have been called "critical degrees". And she made a nice little explanation of what they seem to mean as well! From what I understand, the Fixed signs.. also called Serpent signs, since their glyphs represent the various stages of Kundalini rising, have a particular mission in the evolutionary process... as do ALL of the other signs of the other modalites (Cardinal, Fixed and Mutable). The Cardinals represent: ACTIVITY
The Fixeds represent: WILL
The Mutables represent: WISDOM This is kind of hinted at in Isabel Hickeys MUST READ astrological primer; Astrology: A Cosmic Science. This is a GREAT introduction to astrology.. both exoteric and ESOTERIC, and contains lots of food for thought and springing off points for incredible spiraling. I say this because in many cases, she makes a statement, explains it JUST A WEE BIT, (enough to whet the appetite), and then leaves you to draw your own conclusions! The little German that I know, I learned with my ex husband that spoke your language.
But I don't have where to practice...
English I learned in courses and Spanish in Miami , where I lived four years.
I have a certain easiness for languages... ok, I run over a little the pronouns, but I think we can understand each other ! I was just once in South Africa. A captivating place that I hope to return one day !

Jakie, you have 3 planets at critical degrees, Venus, Mars and Uranus. I read that critical degrees also strengthen the planet in question so that it almost operates as a singleton. I don't know how important angles or house cusps are but 0 degrees indicates a new phase while 29 indicates the end of a phase....if angles and house cusps are important then you are loaded with them LOL. Robert thanks you just took me down memory lane with those beautiful photos! Your work is spectacular! I have amazing photos of the wildlife as well...I remember playing with the lion cubs once...to hold the king of the jungle in your arms is the most amazing feeling....I can only imagine holding an adult one though still I love and admire them! Thank you for the flashback!

Jakie...I think that you're absolutely safe. Remember, no matter what Astrology, numerology or Tarot foreshadow.. you are a co-creator with God, and you can overcome or negate anything by your Free Will Choice. The Lords of Karma are there not to punish, but to guide and teach.. to help us learn through EXPERIENCE, for that is the only purpose for our incarnating in a physical realm; to EXPERIENCE ourselves as Who we ARE and WHO we Choose to Be! Bissie sent me some good stuff from an astrologer - she should put it here.
Well, amoung other things, it said that you can take the position of your Saturn and use that degree for the 1st house cusp and then draw up an equal house chart and that way "read" your karma for this life...Which means mine will look very similar to Jakies natal chart...
This astrologer also wrote that 29 degree Scorpio is the most karmic point in the zodiac - Jakie! The cusp of your 11th house!
Also: In synastry, when one person's Saturn is conjuct the other's Venus it's a karmic relationship...(Now, darling, can you please move your Saturn a bit further away, thanks, it's heavy!...)
Jakie, Robert: I should post my husband here since he's also a Leo Sun/Aqua rising. Ugh, actually, his asc is ON my Saturn/south node. If our relationship is so karmic, how come I'm so fed up with him?
Mystique, Robert, Jakie: You make me sick with jealousie...what am I doing in this s..t hole when I could be in AFRICA instead? Yes, yes, yes, my karmic debt...Alena, I have none karmic/critical points in my chart ... what does that mean? Free to take the plane to Cape Town?
