Congratulations Juni!!!!!

Ariestiger..wow, can I ever identify with a harsh angle to Uranus. I have Uranus in my first house (Libra Singleton) opposing my Aries moon in my 7th house. My mom freaked when I hit about 16 years of age and went from the shy kid to all out willful.

Dorkus..I can't peg any one sign as giving me the most problems. I do tend to be very wary of Cancer moons because if I am always on guard I inadvertantly say something to hurt them..and then I have to hear the pity-party for at least 24 hours LOL...but most of the time I just know to bite my tongue. Cancer moons are protective and loving of those they care about, so I would rather bite my tongue that hurt them.

I am always on edge around ANYONE that seems hell bent on putting my in my place or controlling me LOL..so if they just give me my space then I will be just fine LOL..

Hey, Juni..that's great! 1st Place for your flower arrangement, (must have been a gooder!) and 2nd place for being such a great judge???? I don't get that...Did you judge your own flower arrangement? Lol...And then they said "Good choice! You win again!" ...or am I confused?

Hey, Pid! Where ya been, buddy?! Have you completed the big move yet? Saw your Mr. Bull...he's a sweetie alright. You look so cute, kind of gushy/excited/proud standing next to him. He looks just happy to be there, and rather proud too. You sure do have a Cancer-like shape of face. You guys look like a perfect fit, in more ways than one.

As for Saggies and egos...I dunno if they really truly have such large egos, or if they just don't edit what they say very well. We all have thoughts that can sound rather egotistical IF we say them outloud, but we filter them, and realize that some things shouldn't be said. Saggies, on the other hand, tend to not filter and just let it flow straight from the head and out the mouth. They DO end up eating their words, on a daily fricken basis!! lol...

I think any sign is capeable of being egotistical, provided they have the element of feeling as though they are above their peers. This attitude can be the result of having subserviant parents who gush over everything you say and do, and everything about you. So, since you can't choose your parents, you could be of any sign and end up with parents who cultivate you into an egomaniac. A big ego can also be a side effect of having genuine genius of some sort, or some kind of talent, which again...could happen to any sign...or it can be an act, an attempt to convince others that you're special, when in fact, you really don't feel very special at all.

So, in my opinion, you could be of any sign at all, and wind up being someone who others call "egotistical". It just depends on...life.

Leo is probably the one sign that endows it's natives with an innate sense that they deserve respect, so they probably are the least likely to have a LACK of ego, or self esteem...but that doesn't mean they are all egotistical. It just means that they are the least likely to put up with abuse for very long.

Thanks

I boast because I`ve never done it before and I was asked 24 hours prior to the exhibit.

Na Lioneye, I didn`t `splain it right

Best of show is the peoples choice/vote and Professional judging is the professional flower experts votes for the arrangement.

I just kinda figure my sister drummed up the peoples vote and the Garden Club professionals want another yearly entrant so they voted for me. Downplaying that swelled head I got yesterday

Leo`s egotistical, HHmmm I feel they`re more confident and comfortable in their skin than most signs. Sags usually are so happy go lucky and open that they appear egotistical

I love em one all

Hey Lioneye,

My heart is not doing so well right now concerning Mr. Taurus. Friday morning we found out that he is one of 5 people at his base trained for specialized protective services and that he is on the list for possible deployment to Iraq. Well, as you know this kind of sent us both in a bit of a spin - we talked alot about the deployment.

EDIT*** He is just fine. He had spent the weekend at the temple and worked with the brother of a Buddist priest he knew in Korea. On Sat, when he sent me the text from the mountain, it took 8 hours to go through. He was working with them on a reforestation project on Mt. Lemon.

He was very touched by my concern and my own crying made him cry. I love that guy!!

Thank you Juni

On a positive note (here comes the Sag optimism right?)..I keep telling myself that everything happens for a reason - even if it doesn't seem apparant right now and even if it the process hurts like he11. Maybe Mr. Taurus came into my life to show me what I was missing in Mr. Leo? Maybe he was just here for a season - that is if things don't work out.

In any case, I have to concentrate on the good things and the future.

Lioneye - I am moving at the end of August. It's funny how that month seems to be affecting so many people. My Virgo ex is also moving - he has been hired at a forensic odontologist for one of the countries largest military bases that specializes in the identification of those that have passed away in war, terrorist attacks or natural disasters.

Trust me, the irony was not lost on me in that Mr. Taurus may be going to a war zone and ex Mr. Virgo is now working at the base that identifies the dead. Ugh...so much.

Right now I need to keep my head clear. I have to fly back out to Las Vegas on Thursday and drive my mom up to her new home in Idaho. Then I finish my job on the 16th (sooner if they pi$$ me off) and then get working on our family business.

Oh GREAT NEWS!!! My Scorp sis in law in pregnant again..this one is going to be an Aquarius hee hee...I am so happy. I love my little nephew and cannot wait to move out to be close to him. He can't say my name so he calls me Nah nee. We get along so well, it feels like he is my own little goober.

He truly brightens my life..even if he did slobber on me when we took that pic of him giving me a kiss LOL

Ahhh. I seeeeeee, Juni...Well it must have been one heck of an impressive arrangement. Too bad you don't have a digi-cam so you could show it to us.

Pid, I'm sorry to hear that about your new found love. That sounds very gut wrenching. It's up the Universe how things will play out in the long run, so you might as well just sit back and relax. I'll be thinking of you, and requesting that the Universe go easy on you.

Thanks Lioneye..I edited my first post. Everything is fine - he was at the temple and couldn't call out or get calls other than when he was on the mountian. I let him know that they next time he goes I would appreciate a heads up about the time..LOL..I can't fault a guy for wanting to meditate and reforest a burned out mountain with monks now can I?

AriesTiger,

LOL..I know what you are laughing at..hee hee..but I didn't yell at him at all. I did get choked up in a message, which in turn got him all choked up. Here we were...the Sag and Bull crying about the situation. I was crying because I was so happy he was okay - he was crying because he said he realized just how much I love him. LOL..what a pair are we?

hee hee

Congratulations juniperb. Aquarians are incredible gardeners. My husband is amazing in the garden and so is his stepmother.
Aquarians don't generally make a song and dance about their abilities, but I say - you deserve to!

Aw - pidaua,
I hope everything works out for you okay.

I thinks scorps, leos, aries, geminis have the biggest egos. I knwo a scorp who I was working with who was so obnoxous, and he farted anywhere he wanted without bothering withany one. He had a boss he was working with which he did not like, but now he had a new boss and still works with the old boss and he now farts in the presence on the ols boss and tells him anything he likes

How can a pisces boost his ego. My opinion of egos is that it is complex. Some sign are inately born with high egos ( all fire signs. scorpio, most air signs and capricorn) pisce is the least egoistic. Egos can be devlop externally by accomplishing great things in life , good education, good house, car, friends and plenty money and wealth. these thing can make one feel psychologically secure and helps one mentally to feel confident that they have achieved. That is what drives a pisces like me to over achieve

I think every sign has the potential to be egocentric and it's relative to your own sign as to what you find attractive or repulsive. For example, being a Gemini, I find fire signs that flaunt their huge egos to be rather charming in a slightly obnoxious way and air signs that do the same as simply the wind-bags that need a reality check. Egocentric water signs are tedious to me, and ego-heavy earth sign are absolutely insuffereable, with Goats and Bulls being the worstin my hardly humble Gemini opinion.

I read once that Taurus with Sag moon was one of the most ego-prone conbinations because it has a strong tendency to develop a "God complex" if they are not taught humilty from a young age. The stubbornness and desire of the bull in the sun position combined with the cleverness and ambition of the archer apparently is a recipe of trouble. Strangely enough I'm met 4 such Tau-Sags and all had serious God complexes going on. However, I've also met several Sags with Taurus moons who were all absolutely congenial, generous and modest. Go fig.

GeminiNymph...

*the windbags that need a reality check*

LOL. I know a Libra who fits that EXACT description - who continually bangs on about her newly started business. Initially we were supposed to be working alongside her but the length of her meetings put me off, and I jumped ship. We had a meeting once that ran into a solid 9 hours, where she talked around... and around... and around... and STILL nothing was sorted out at the end of it. She was lucky we didn't charge for our time. She was absolutely aghast to find that her website designer had charged her through the nose for "time spent in meetings"!!!
Serves her right, that's all I can say!

LOL to all Librans, egotistical or not...
