Yes, pixelpixie, I am eager to go, but mom keeps procrastinating, finding reasons to stretch out the preparation of house and car process indefinitely. If it were me, I woulda been on the road yesterday...My Aries rising is screaming and crying in impatience...NOW, NOW says my Leo Moon. I want you all my jump when I tell you to and drive when I want you to, but sadly, that is not the case. I have no idea when we will leave...

This is one of those aspects where you wake up one day and see potential slipping away. I'd say career opportunities (10th house) relationships (5th house) and personal time wasted (asc.) It takes a long time for Sag sun and rising to grow up sometimes. Jupiter makes me think he doesn't finish all things he starts (not good if its any type of school/training)
Saturn in the 1st, 7th (exalted house) or 10th (home) will curb these "flighty" tendencys. (for lack of a better word)
His jupiter and venus are in mutual reception by house. (venus is home in the 7th and jupiter is home in the 9th)
His asc. ruler Jupiter on an angle is lucky.
