Hello everyone!
Well, guys, I don't have any features of my rising or moon. What's up with that?
My rising is Cappy but almost on the cusp with a first house Aquarius. Moon and midheaven-Scorp. I don't see Cappy, Aquarius or Scorpio.

Hey Leyla Le Fay, what do you mean theres very few on the other signs and its obvious a Sag or Libra put it together?
I agree the person who created this site didnt put much research into Virgo rising, and not many pics for Taurus, Cancer or Pisces, but there were alot of pictures for the other signs, like 30 for Aries Rising, 27 Gemini Rising, 39 Leo Rising, 42 Scorpio Rising, 20 Cappy Rising, 22 Aqua Rising, I think they put some effort into those signs.
(And, I dont know, maybe there are just more famous Saggy and Libra rising celebs?)
Anyway, heres something for the lovely Virgo rising ppl! 
A good example of the "virgo refined beauty" would be Faye Dunnaways character on "Mommie Dearest", or Greta Garbo. Many of the female stars back from those days portrayed this. It's a very feminine, tasteful look.

I find it strange that I often read about Virgos or Virgo rising people as having the tendency to put on weight- every person I know with a strong Virgo influence in their chart is very slim- and not just slim, but with beautifully built bodies, as if *someone* took the time with all the little details- soft in the right places, boney in the right places (collarbone) I don't know, maybe I have had a biased experience of Virgos.

Actually I agree WR, Virgos mostly seem slim and bony, like Geminis. Only one Ive known (rising) have been on the larger side.

I have a packed eighth house containing: Sun and Pluto conjunct in Virgo and Jupiter and Uranus conjunct in Libra.
Mercury's conjunt Uranus and Jupiter in Libra too, but Mercury slipped right over into the ninth house.
Guess I always thought I had Virgo features. I don't see anything in the mirror resembling Capricorn...or Scorp? Maybe others do, I don't know?IP: Logged |

Thats OK Star of Pluto!! I was just thinking maybe the strongest sign in your chart may influence the way you look... I dunno really!
Like my bro is an Aqua, but has moon and 4 other planets in Capricorn, and has quite a few of the Cappy physical attributes! Hey and if u want to know how to post pics, or even look at Knowflakes, go here http://groups.msn.com/LindalandPhotoShop/photoalbum and u can click on any of the photo albums and put names to faces!!
I think to post photos u have to join, but I think some kind ppl dont mind if u post ur photos in their albums!! Hope that helps you!

Hmmm, I've seem to come across conflicting info about the risings of these celebrities....
I've found that the site www.astrotheme.com seems to list different risings than the ones mentioned on librarising.com
Like some of the one that have libra ascendant are found to have a virgo or scorpio ascendant on astrotheme.com.

Hmmmm! I guess the sites have different birth times for the celebs? But then again, I think that depending on what system u use to make the chart, sometimes the ascendant can be different for some reason...

The name of the site "LibraRising" gives it away who put it together!I am a CANCER ascendant! According to "LibraRising" am supposed to be fat and plain looking!
 I am only 115 pounds, 5'3, 32-22-32. Here is where I believe the "Cancer" comes in: I am very rounded and curvy. Cancer is the sign of the "Mother" right? Well, I have a full bust-line and what they call "breeding hips" with a tiny waist in between. This LibraRising web author states as fact a lot of questionable info throughout his/her site. For instance: "Pluto retrograde: in past lives you killed and murdered and butchered and prostituted and all kinds of other atrocities(especially if Pluto is badly placed or aspected), and in this life you may be victim of the same." I could list dozens of others. Um, if your ascendant synopsis was less than flattering, I wouldn't let it bug me.
He/she obviously has an interest in astrology, but a little knowledge is a dangerous thing...

Leyla ~ Cancer Rising? Really?? eek I'm losing my touch. LOL ...And I agree with you, Rizzo, regarding some thoughtless people making sweeping, cookie-cutter astrological assumptions. I think that every individual chart should be taken into consideration regarding past lives...and well, basically everything else. It's like saying that everyone who has a prominant Leo in their chart must have been a king or a queen in a prior life. Maybe some of them were, but then again maybe a prominant Leo indicates that they simply owned a bunch of cats. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the info on the virgo risings Sun_Scorpion! Well Im definatly average height but not average weight, I am a bbw...lol. I do have a solid build and wide hips though. Its also funny it mentions a slight hook in the nose because I have what my mom always called a "turtle nose" because it hooks upwards just very slightly.I definatly inherited my hair from my leo sun sign though. I have such a thick lions mane that its a pain in the rear to take care of sometimes! IP: Logged |

Ah ha!  If LibraRising doesn't like a particular celebrities rising sign, he simply "adjusts" it to the sign he wants! I found this: "Note: I've had so many people tell me they were a particular ascendant sign when it was obvious to me they were another(usually the neighbouring sign). It's sad to see people walking around believing that they are a particular rising sign when they're not. This is usually due to incorrect data or false judgement. I've also been told of "stunningly beautiful" Cancer or Pisces or Taurus risings, which is very unusual... In almost every case, however, these "stunners" did NOT have an earth or water sign rising. The birth data was incorrect or badly calculated. Unless you're damn sure of your birth data or have an expert knowledge of rising sign physiology, you are likely to go astray. This is particularly so with celebrities who often give false or modified birth data usually for reasons of privacy." Does this sound sexist to anyone else?He says a "male" ascendant (fire and air) will make you taller, leaner, and lighter in both weight and coloring, but those with "female" ascendants (water and earth) are shorter, darker, plainer and stockier (read: fat) This is my current love interest. A Pisces rising.
Cute. Tall. Thin. And a BLUE eyed BLOND. I'm sure he would say we are both the result of a "miscalculation" and re-assign us to an ascendant he prefers...which is exactly what he did with all those celebrities!
