It's me again....

I have a Virgo Boss and as you know I am a Scorpio.I don't know why but we had many disagreements.. she is a female.

When I saw her for the first time she was pretty nice and infact she fooled me and I thought she is literally nice...and infact I even thought she is just child like.For sometime I did not even know that it was her who was being mean...as she would say another person to deal with me and she would always try to look good and would be warm whenever she would see me.

I think now I see staff complaining about her and how she does not think of good future of the company.Every one complaints about how much work everyone does but still she wouldn't appreciate it...not even
verbally.

I used to think that she thinks about money too much...just today I came to know that she is Virgo and that explains everything about money.

I just find her difficult to understand....sometimes she is mean when it comes to money and sometimes she would be nice and ask how I am doing. I have been working very hard ( passionately) but she never told me anything or appreciated that.

The disagreements what we had I have just kept behind and I know I would never get anything out of it ..or something as I understand that but I find that many of her thoughts and way of dealing with people is of short term.Virgos are practical and I admire that but it would not be good for long term.

I just wonder how are virgo Bosses are? I know it's not easy for Virgo to be a Boss.I just wonder how they can get along with Scorpio Employee..

Can somebody share their expereince on Virgo
Boss and Scorpio Employee.

I gave in and agreed to what my Virgo Boss but I guess she wants to exploit me. I am sorry there is a limit till you can hurt a scorpio.Yes we do care on how much you respect us....Virgo Bosses please respect us
for what we do for you....because it's Scorpio who work their butts off....and without being Lazy....It was ridiculous when my Virgo Boss told me I am LAZY.

I would just say that if Virgo Bosses knew how to respect Scorpio Employee.If we trust you respect you than we would be working really hard.I just wish that Virgo Bosses could see that and appreciate that.Well if you don't know how to appreciate don't atleast criticize.

I know now exactly what I have to do...I wish myself GOOD LUCK and I am sure to get better and wonderful JOB....I am no more sad....I am so happy that I am going to quit.

Virgo Boss -Pisces Manager against Scorpio Employee.It's going to be fun.

I always thought poor and friendly pisces but now I don't know.Anyways I am going to put this issue back and start afresh.

Scorpio has to win.They choose their battles most of the time when they know when they are right.

Anyways I did compromise little and my Virgo Boss did understood that I was right after others told her that she was wrong but I think she still has an attitude problem.She still not shows that she is defeated.

If somebody really showed my mistake.I would really think about it properly.I won't admit it there itself but I would ponder on every bad thing one has to tell me.If I agree I would say sorry.

I was wondering what happens to Virgos once they know that they have made a mistake.

Some signs I am sure they wouldn't agree in hundred years if they made a mistake but what about Virgos.

I met another Virgo who was my colleague when he realized that he has made mistake he was extremely polite.In fact I felt too bad for him but for virgo Boss is entirely different thing.

but Virgo saying not over...why so??? Do they take revenge?...I don't know?

Having said that, I am a virgo boss over a scorpio employee (re; my link above) and it's not an easy relationship for either of us. Virgos do not find it easy to assert themselves and have power over others. They tend to be humble and sometimes when they try to assert themselves it comes off as too harsh. I have that problem myself. I have been accused of being too abrupt and snappy by the Scorp! But she has her bad points too. Personally, I hate having to be responsible over another, but it is my job and I do it to the best of my ability. I would MUCH rather be working on my own, happily, on my own little project, without being constantly interrupted by the needs of others. (I know that sounds selfish but I work better that way!)

Scorpios do not like to take direction from people, becuse they have a deep-felt feeling that they know better. Virgos also believe they know better! Neither like to be wrong.
