Oh, one more thing....a special thanks to Azalaksh. Thank you for your kind words. Single mothers of the world unite, yeah!!! Single parenting is a bit like being on a roller-coaster ride. The highs are excellent, it's exciting climbing to the top...but you always know the car's coming back down soon......wheeeee (please keep your arms and legs inside the car at all times).

I believe that I chose my parents, and that my children chose me. So we all have lessons to learn from one another. Pity my children are way to young to understand that yet. Actually, I don't think we really appreciate our parents until we grow up and move away from them.

Hullo Hmmm, I totally agree with hot-ice... burn that book! -- how can they even consider making such an awful sweeping statement!!! Each woman to her own.. Every sign in the zodiac has strength and weaknesses right?

A big hug for those who have perhaps not had very close mother-daughter relationships. You've gained strength and wisdom from other sources.. Be what you wish your moms had been to you. That way, you break the hurtful cycle ... Inspire your kids and start a new loving legacy.

My mom is a triple scorp, plus she also has merc, mars and jupiter in scorp! And she's the bestest mom i could ever have hoped for. (But then , i have scorp/pisces and my bro is cancer/scorp... emotionally intense compatible water signs..hmm.. ) Not sure how things would have been if us kids had aqua, gemini or leo influences...

Anywyas, that's just my two cents worth.. he he A big yay for all mothers on lindaland !!!

Peace & love!

Thanks for all your comments and huge respect to all the single mammies out there - how do you do it. I felt totally supported by all your comments, felt every word with great depth and it so comforted me to read that I aint doing too badly after all. I loved what you said Pixie about over compensating - yeah I know all about that and it wont surprise you pet to hear that I sobbed during and after reading your message (god bless you) and purple scorp I FELT your struggle you wonderfully strong warrior woman!! Am feeling so much better in myself as a mother and can see the love getting stronger every day between our son, his father and I - been a long rocky road but the love is so REAL (my mother always says "if the love is there you will survive anything, such a wise old goat (Cappy). Love to you all and thanks again for your thought xxxx

Pixie, not only are our mammies Cappys, we both have Scorp sun, fire rising (i aries), and earth moons (me taurus), whats your Venus in, and after seeing your photo, we are both gorgeous, (well you are ha ha). You look lovely, wanted to give you a big hug pet xxx

Az the book - it was so long ago, I cant remember (thank God), but obviously it left its mark on me, and its no harm to think over these things, I suppose, but like another said a very sweeping statement xx

Sue.. sorry, I haven't been here for a while, and the drama unfolding? Omigosh....
Maybe I am glad I am not involved.

My Venus is Sag in the fifth house, conjunct Neptune, trining my Asc.
My Mars is in Scorpio too.. but i think you knew that.
Thanks for asking....
*hugs back*
