Huh, I seem to be mistaken... He has a Gemini Moon.. Unless I got the year wrong, that's weird...

He worrys about EVERYTHING. He worrys about things that don't even make any sense sometimes.
About what's going to happen with tons of things he can't change, about what will happen to his family if he dies, about other people's problems... Bla, bla, bla, etc.
Anything there that explains it?
I mean I'm a Virgo, the supposid "worrier" & I hardly ever worry.. compared to him I'm oblivious that the world is turning.

He has a nice chart! And he looks more like a gemini moon, then a Libra one...He must have been a flirt in his day! (plus fire...sag venus, aries mars)

And his nervous and worried qualities most likely come from his Gemini moon...Mercury...which also rules your sign, Virgo, makes you worry too much. I've got Gemini on my ascendant, and it really does make me nervous and high strung at times!!

cool Venus and Mars in fire signs.. that makes sense lol i'm glad it helped you.. i still think he'd have a cancer ascendant.. Though sometimes the planet gives off sign vibes.. like if he had his Asc in gemini on his moon.. that might make him come accross as a cancer ascendant also
