I was trying to figure out my father's ascendant a while back and someone told me about chart rectification- have you heard about it? Look into it if you're serious about finding out his rising sign. aries-chick unregistered	posted May 19, 2005 10:19 PM I only came close because he reminds me of two guys I know lol The first one is a cancer, who I talk to every now and then when I run into him. I don't know his birthday so I can't do his chart.. but when he told me he's always wanted to be a pilot I guessed he was aqua (though I had Cancer at the bk of my mind, but the pilot comment threw me off) so he said no, cancer.. which made me think he'd have an Aqua placement or gemini.. he looks a lot like the guy in the pic The second guy is a Pisces I used to be pretty close to. He has a pisces moon .. I never found out his ascendant.. but I guessed it to be Aqua. I was actually convinced it was Sag for a while because he was very straight forward.. but it made more sense in his chart if it was aqua conjunct his Jupiter.. he doesn't look exactly like this guy, but just something in his eyes is similar.. He could still be a Libra though I've been known to get Libra/Pisces confused lol Though if you're trying to guess his asc yourself.. If his sun sign is either Pisces or Cancer I'd be pretty sure his asc would be Aqua - just my hunch IP: Logged

I REALLY think it's something earthy, or watery. He's just like my Pisces mother in so many ways. Why so many Libra Sun guesses? IP: Logged

Then again he could have libra and maybe i'm seeing the venus in taurus rather than libra sun. My guess is a libra sun with an air rising because hes too dainty to be a taurus. Maybe a libra with gemini rising. Moon in..its hard to say... IP: Logged

They have on-line options, as in, send in your $$, get the chart back..but I wouldn't trust those for some reason. Thanks guys, that gave me some insight to what his ascendant might be. Oh, and that's my grandfather. I just wanted to know his ascendant because for having such an airy chart, he certainly worrys alot.... ALOT! Also he seems very weighed down with worry. I don't know if it's from overwhelming emotion, or what... He is such a mix between earth, & water, that I can't tell which is which. He can certainly hold a grudge like an earth sign. IP: Logged
