THE PURGING OF THE PRIESTHOOD

There is a need to reexamine moral and spiritual sincerity. It is easy to allow those who don't really belong with us to stay. We can lose sight of the ideal through nationalizing intellect, ego and emotive passion. Periodically, there is a need to cleanse and purify motives, leading to a better representation of spiritual values. What side of the 'purging' are you on? Are you the one with the "right motives?".

From what Ive read you just round up one degree. I have never heard anything about paying attention to the minutes. Just always go up one degree.

Hope this will help explain it:

"Traditionally one reads a message for their Ascendant, Sun, and Moon as offering insights into the personality, life path, or emotional makeup. Because the zodiac starts at 00.00 degrees, and the Sabian Symbols start at 1 degree, you must round up to the next degree. Each sign has 30 degrees in astrology. 0 - 29. With the Sabian Symbols they start at one. They dont have a symbol for zero, so you go up one degree. Make sense?
