Now they may not necessarily practice what they preach , but what they preach is usually very evolved.

I may not always agree with their opinions, but I can’t help but admire the way they think - many are ahead of their time…not just the Aquarians

So…any opinions?

Technically speaking, bacteria are more evolved than humans because they're evolved LONGER in their current form, therefore are more evolved and adapted to their environment.

We need air to speak to each other. A vacuum doesn’t transmit sound, air is needed to carry sound. Air people enjoy speaking and listening.

Air must be related to through its mind and intellect. Air doesn't buoy very much solid matter (practical concerns) unless air is approached properly. Hold up a book and let it go. It falls to the ground. However, a plane wing can support tons because it is designed to approach air in a way air can "understand".

fire - Fire people need the proper amount of stimulation before they will show any interest in a situation, but once "ignited", fire people get intensely involved. Before ignition, fire seems completely disinterested. The only speeds on the fire gearshift are stop and ahead fast; the gear shift is made suddenly.

Once the fire has started to burn, the flame only burns along the match (fuel), not out into the air or along the plate when the match is placed on the plate. Fire only moves toward what interests it personally (fuel) and ignores the rest (non-fuel: air, plate) as if it didn't exist.

The lit match gives off heat and light. Fire can warm and inspire those nearby. Unfortunately too much heat burns up others -- all that is left is ashes. Fire is best as a stimulator when it enthuses people, rather than burning them up.

earth - As you looked at the houseplant and thought about the patch of earth, the earth just seemed to sit there. Remember the last time you jumped into a swimming pool on a hot summer morning; the water was still cool from the night. Also, remember how long it seemed to take to boil the big pot of water for the pasta. Water people need a lot of stimulation before they get going (hot), but once going, they tend to stay hot. The reverse is also true: water needs a lot of cooling down time before it stops seething.

Even without being heated up, water has much power to achieve its goals. Water will always seek its own level and reach its destination (often the sea).

The next time you are with a water person, keep in mind how much power is latent in the seemingly placid water. It has a potential to do great amounts of work, as when it is directed to flow through a generator in a dam.

As well as being a source of vast potential energy, water also serves as a mirror. You can see your reflection in water. Because water people quickly absorb the character of people they contact, others can see themselves mirrored in the water people. Often this mirroring is therapeutic.

This isn’t exactly a controversy but…

When I say evolved, I don’t mean that they’re sage like or enlightened. It’s very difficult to explain.

There’s something about them that just seems very fair. Like, they can treat you badly…but at least they know what they did was wrong. Rather than thinking it’s perfectly acceptable to treat you like crap.

Air signs appear to be less about self and more about community - well…the one’s I’m related to are like that. Not to suggest they can’t be selfish
Like I said, very difficult to explain.

btw evolution is an opinion not a fact - you can‘t prove someone is evolved. And in my opinion, they appear more evolved.

It is an 'opinion' thing where what you or I see as 'evolved' qualities aren't necessarily on someone else's 'evolved' list..

Also, when I look at a sign, I've said this before, usually I think of the sign in itself.. So, for instance if - "Gemini is the most evolved sign" - was a fact..I'd see it as my asc (gem) is more evolved than my sun and moon, something along those lines..I wouldn't see it in terms of people..all gemini ppl being more evolved..

But like I said before each element plays it's part. It's a lot more like a circle (lol circle of life) to me, than a triangle with someone sitting at the top..Do you know what I mean?

But even though I'm an air sign, I wouldn't necessarily say I'm more "evolved" either I can't speak for other air signs, but I'm really immature by nature...I'm just a girl, a kid...and will always be that...even when I'm 101!!...I do work hard to be considerate of others.

A sign has nothing to do with "development" or "evolution". A sign is simply a modifier to planetary energy. Sometimes it is confusing to keep track of what all these astrological names mean, so there is a simpler way to classify them than using the traditional fire, earth, air, and water descriptions. Instead of fire use "identity", instead of earth use "material", instead of air use "social", and instead of water use "emotional".

So your question is already answered! Instead of being more "evolved" air signs are simply more..."social". However, each air sign is social in a different way:
Gemini is about social learning
Libra is about social action
Aquarius (strange as it sounds) is about social security
