*scratching head* Hehe...

No matter how many times I read the varied interpretations of my natal chart, it just makes me chuckle. The first was my Sun and Ascendant, the second was a bulk of what traits define most of my houses and aspects.

My favorite "contradiction" is how the standard interp of my Pisces moon says I'm very subjective, emotional and need others to build up my sense of self, while the preponderence of air in my chart is read as indicating I'm very self-reliant, objective, rational and individualistic. Of course, in context, a Pisces moon amid a lot of air is going to act differently than one in a chart with a lot other elements. In my case, I'm not so emotional, as all my air influence tends to drown that Piscean trait out, BUT I am highly intuitive and creative - two Piscean traits that are compatible and even emphasized by my air influences.

I've had a bunch of reports done, and some say that I have to reconcile the aspects of my personality and find expression for all of these aspects in order to achieve peace or happiness or something.

Lately I've been wondering if I should think of it as a business with my Cap sun as the president finding the appropriate uses for all the planet placements -keeping the peace amongst the disparate parts.

I do have the strange work related aspects as well. Part of it says I seek to please my boss, another says I have trouble with authority figures. It's completely true. I do LOVE to do a good job (and receive praise), but I have gotten into quite a few adversarial relationships with bosses nonetheless.

Even just the Cardinal versus Mutable aspects make me the most scattered leader. Perhaps that's why I haven't typically sought leadership roles too much.

Gem Nymph - I agree, and I am aware that the aspects were taken individually. I have myself thought that taking the whole thing into account would require someone who is able to piece it all together, but to find that online as generated would be impossible. The closest you can get are Sun/Moon combos, and I am yet to see anyone do even Sun/Moon/Asc combos. It'd be a lot of work.

LaLa - yep, for the purpose of my point, I did take the excerpts out separately. It was just interesting to note how different our influences are. Like you said, it's what colors us, but just the way some interpreations state things as truth so matter of factly is an interesting read.

Acoustic - 'scattered leader', damn, there's an accurate term if I ever heard one! I myself am a water sign with a s.h.i.t.load of aspect-weakened fire in my chart, so it is a very weirdo energy over here.
