Maybe it's in his case a wanting to be liked? Its' not as if he lied for material gain right? My little brother has venus in pisces/7th house and he lies a lot, little lies to get attention or to be liked. His moon is leo in the 12th.I can't believe how he lies and it drives me nuts! He does it like breathing. So, it's sometimes the way a person lies, without thinking that can bother you. If someone lied to me about something big out of necessity it's very different than off the cuff lying. Anyway all I know is venus in pisces/7th can be just as infuriating, I have just about had it with him. Natasha

Hmmm. Now that several of you bring it up, I am beginning to ponder over the "mental illness" possibility.IP: Logged |

Mercurybird, I can't believe you said that! There's a world of difference between "liking different things at the same time" and dating god knows how many women at the same time and LYING to them all!!! He lied to each about being the only one and about who HE is, he lied to his wife about it all. That's at the very least immoral and dishonest. Different people get different things out of me. I might be bolder with one person than with the rest or more reserved with some than with others. I might like doing certain things with some people and other things with others but I don't change my whole personality in the process. What Leyla described is a complete personality change. To me it really sounds like a serious mental disorder. He probably completely lacks empathy because he clearly doesn't care how all these women, including his wife will react when they find out the extent of his deceit. IP: Logged |

OH oh oh! I was just reading about Intercepted signs and houses when I remembered this thread about this guy. He has the 1st and 7th house Intercepted and Pisces and Capricorn. Read this it may help in understanding him better. http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/Intercepted_signs.htm and where you have intercepted signs you also have duplicate signs so read this too. His duplicate signs and houses are in sag and gem, 6th & 7th 12th & 1st. http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/duplicated_signs.htm IP: Logged |

Wow....followed your links.First and Seventh Houses: The problem areas are “presenting” yourself (1st house) and partnerships (7th house). I'm really going to have to read more into this. But I'm confused, where on a chart do you look to see if you have an intercepted sign? IP: Logged |

I'm sorry I made a boo boo!. I think I glossed over the part where you said you didn't know his birth time. And then when I made his chart I put the birth time as 12:00 midnight thinking that was his birth time. Thats when the intercepted signs showed up. It gave him a Sag AC do you think that AC would fit him? Again I'm sorry I didn't mean to mislead you. The intercepted signs do seem to fit him though maybe his birth time is close to 12:00 midnight.IP: Logged |

Well if you're going to go through all that trouble, I'd rather you show me on my own chart. Now that I look at it, I think I see...is it when one of the "pie wedges" of a house takes up an entire sign? IP: Logged |

Ok well I didn't see any intercepted signs in your chart but an Aunt of mine has intercepted signs so I'll show you her chart. Look at the sign Aries, see how the beginning of house 2 is on the out side of aries and how house 3 is also on the out side of Aries giving it no house to belong to. Even though she has venus in Aries, Aries cannot be given a house. I've circled the intercepted signs in black and the duplicated signs in red. It may help to look at the houses not as pie wedges but as black sticks that poke at the signs so if a sign dosn't have a black stick poking at it it dosen't have a house to belong to, making it a intercepted sign. Can you see the intercepted and duplicate signs in the chart below. I hope I helped IP: Logged |

Thanks to everyone contributing to the understanding of Interceptions and Duplications. I never actually knew what they meant, and always seemed difficult to try to understand, but now I do.I have no Interceptions, but only by 0:50 Degrees, so I read the interpretations to see if they apply, in case my time of birth was off just by a couple of minutes. I'm finding it's applicable, if only just a little bit. It's so new to me though... ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness IP: Logged |

Ahhh- I c.A sign should have one black stick. If it has no black stick it is intercepted. If it has two black sticks, it is duplicated. IP: Logged |

I'm the same as MoonDreamer81--- Venus in Gemini but a Taurus sun. I'm flighty with people I like, but once I'm attached there's no turning back--- I like to interpret my Venus in Gemini as being attracted to intellectuals ^^IP: Logged |

I have Moon and Venus conjunct in gemini and i am definatley a loyal person. But... when i am not in a relationship (and in life in general)i have many different personalities. Some people might think that this are acting but its not in my case. Every different personality is just another side of myself that gets brought out around certain people that stimulate a different character in me. I also have pisces rising which adds to the multifacetedness. For me gemini venus definatly is attracted to a 'mentally stimulating partner'. And i think this is true for nearly everyone with this placement.

Awwww - my boyfriend has Venus in Gemini and he abhors cheating, and the like! (apparently if I cheat on him, I'll be minus a head shortly afterwards) Then again, He is weighed down by a Taurus stellium (sun/merc/mars/chiron) and a generally honourable Virgo ascendant!!!Nah - I've heard that Venus in Gemini isn't a cheat but can have two loves in their life. However, one of them isn't necessarily human! Check out my rival, Beryl..... What a stunner, eh?! IP: Logged |

I have Venus in gemini (if i am looking at my chart right LOL) And I have never had more than one partner at one time, and I would never ever cheat. But I can see how I can have different personalities depending with who I am and be true to all of them. Maybe it is a personality thing and not a cheating thing..... BTW, I didn't read the whole thread so if this was said before...sorry! I wish I had more time to really learn as much as you guys know IP: Logged |
