I am pointing this out because people, myself included, often project our own way of thinking onto others, forgetting how different people really are... My ex and the old friend I also mentioned, for example, often imagined that I was doing something to "get back at them" and neither of them could reveal much about themselves because they were always on guard that someone might use this information against them!
My old friend's Pisces moon would then sit and cry that she was all alone, but it was a self-imposed prison created by her Scorpio defensiveness and Sag independence.
My ex wanted to believe in me, but couldn't, he mistrusted women because of treatment he recieved from his Cancer mother.
I also wanted to add that my mother and sis are also Cancer, and my Dad is Cancer moon,DEAR GOD, I am just DROWNING in all this WATER. My sis isn't as bad because she's got a lot of fire in her chart too.

That seems to work fine. I have a policy working towards facing the "bad" side of myself. In fact, being honest about my own selfishness usually reveals less than evil intentions to myself and whoever I am involved with.< by Beebuddy

I just wanted to say that I wished the Cancers in my family took that approach as well.

What else can you do really? It's ideal but it's not really up to us I guess. Once when me and this guy were drunk he stabbed me in the head with a fork. When I saw blood I attacked him! lol, anyway, I saw him recently at a resteraunt and he said, "I stabbed you by accident, but if I knew you would attack me I would have kept stabbing you."

I was like "Is that supposed to be an apology!? I can't be friends with you." Then he tried to start a fight!

I agree. I've learned that if I just "ask" someone what they meant as opposed to jumping to conclusions, it saved a lot of stress and/or hurt feelings. (plus me looking like a complete idiot)

I'm really not one to get revenge. I believe karma handles it pretty well.

I do remember once when I was 17... my car was out of gas... so I asked my cousin (a gemini sun/capricorn moon) if she minded taking me to the gas station to get some (the station was only 2 miles up the road).

She said no... she would be late for work.

We both worked at the same place at the time... it was only 2 miles away and she still had 45 minutes until her shift started.

Well, she left... and I did find someone that drove me to get gas.

I never said anything back to her about it....

About a month later she called me in the morning. She was staying a few miles away from my house and it had snowed pretty bad the night before, so she couldn't get her car out to make it to school.

She wanted to know if I could pick her up.

I said "No... I'll be late for school".

She still resents me for that.

She threw it back in my face a few years ago.... about how I left her sitting without a ride to school.

I just grinned and told her... well, you remember that time you left me sitting without any gas????

Hi Happy Dragon! My Chinese zodiac symbol is the Boar and they say Snake and Boar are enemies..... I don't understand enough about Eastern Astrology to put much faith in it so far. If you have any info that would convince me you should start a thread and educate me and anyone else who needs to learn!

there is some info amongst the threads .. i've not the links ... i've always felt it ( chinese signs ) as a broad backdrop .. as in a painting ... ... it must have something to do with Jupiter cycles .. the 12 years ... ... be some nice gals at the local chinese take-away .. i shall inquire :-) .. actualy the biggest number of hits to my webpages .. come from a site in China .... about time for a bit of return info ... (it's a forum site .. in chinese ) .. so all i need is a translator to stik a few questions on their forum .... actualy acouple of the local chinese gals .. are .. shall we say .. mmmm .. delictable .. nay .. almost edible ... one i know is a Scorp (libra asc) .. her moon exactly conjunct my sun .. .. but alas .. she has left the takeaway to persue uni. education ... i did an astro prediction for her ... saying she was going to meet a new bf. .. which she did ... and she gets Venus conjunct her Sun by progression this year .. ... i rekon she will be having a good year :-) ..
yeah if i can dig up some info (other than the regular blurb) on the chinese signs .. i shall post it ... i realy would like to know what the chinese have to say about it .... ( .. and get to know the new lass behind the counter .. i'm betting Cap or Taur for Sun ) ...
