Transiting Saturn (duty, also restriction, structure) is squaring (energy needs to be combined with) birth Scorpio (transformation, also power) modifying least aspected (strong energy) Mars (being, alsoa action in a "fate degree" (strong energy - any planet at 29 or 0 degrees is in a "fate degree"). This indicates that your nature is to powerfully charge ahead into projects. However, currently Saturn energy is forcing you to take longer, slowing you down, making you ensure that there is some sort of structure to your actions.

While on the one hand things may not be getting accomplished as easily, on the other the actions which ARE accomplished are steadily, securely made. The choice is whether to accept the structuring energy of the time, or to get bothered because things are going "too slowly".
