hi daydreamer,
It's hard to give much advice without knowing what you're personally going through, but I totally agree with Zala about the St Johns Wort. I had a mild bout of depression a couple of years ago and was on anti-depressants that did nothing but make me feel numb and restless. But St Johns Wort helped almost instantly and whats better is that it's 100% au naturel!! Also exercising to your favourite music does wonders. Hope this helps and you start feeling better real soon. *hugs*

Hi DayDreamer,
You are in the most important stage of life now. 27.5 to 29. 27.5 is the completion of your progressed Lunar Return and 29 is ofcourse Saturn Return. This period will transform you into what you will be for the age 29 to 58. Philosophically, mentally, career wise, ambitions etc.

Zala has already listed so many useful supplements. However, for overall general health improvement, you must consume 80% alklaine foods and only 20% acidic foods. I have posted in the "Health and Healing" forum as alkalinity being the key to beat cancer and any viral disease.

I started 80% alkali diet for 2 weeks now. I have lost the morning tiredness that was a major characrteristic of mine. I am getting up with zip and pep these days with just 6 hours sleep. Previously it was 8-9 hrs.

Aerobics are also helping. Blood flow spiritually means joy for life.

You may also be undergoing "ENNUI", a sense of boredom, a feeling of being directionless. To break this boredom, you must try to find time for a completely new hobby. If you are a right hander, try to master some sport with the left hand. Table tennis, fast bowling/spin bowling in cricket or carrom board with the left hand. Or try to write/paint with the left hand. The focused effort of this new challeneg along with the diet change and exercise will double your self good feeling in 2-3 weeks.

Chronic fatigue syndrome. I've had this three times, always accompanied/caused by Epstein-Barr Virus (the virus that causes glandular fever). It is debilating! The last time, I looked into candida (intestinal/systemic) and found that some of the problem was there - I did a candida cleansing programme as well as general detoxing and felt great from there! Epstein-Barr virus became active for me again recently and I have been very tired...

Immune-boosting could be of benefit. You may find some answers for your tiredness at http://www.immunesupport.com - I found some good stuff there a few years ago!

Good luck, I know what this is like.
